Classic Cantabile UP-1 WH Upright E-Piano White High Gloss

Elegant Design Meets Exquisite Sound and Extensive Features!

Given its range of functions and its premium keyboard, the UP-1 from Classic Cantabile is indisputably a high-end digital piano. At the same time, it sits in a price bracket that makes the instrument attractive even to ambitious beginners. In short, the attractive UP-1 is a genuine digital-piano revolution!

40 High-Quality Sounds With Multisampling

With a total of 40 sounds, all featuring multisampling, the discerning pianist has a large palette of tones to experiment with different timbres. From piano and strings to organ and harpsichord: the UP-1 inspires your creativity with its possibilities. Thanks to the multisampling technology, where each piano key uses multiple different samples, the UP-1 upright piano sets new standards for piano sound.

Weighted Hammer Action With Touch-Point Simulation and Synthetic Ivory Surface

The UP-1's weighted keyboard, touch-point simulation and triple-sensor system authentically reproduce the playing feel of an acoustic piano. The Ivory-Touch surface of the keys delivers an incredibly high-quality tactile response. Thanks to the touch dynamics, the digital piano can be played like an upright piano or a concert grand. The keyboard's dynamics can be set in five stages via the Touch-Response function.

256-Voice Polyphony

The UP-1 can reproduce up to 256 notes simultaneously, enabling the performance of pieces across genres (classical, rock, pop, etc.) with stereo sound while using multiple voices at once.

USB-to-Host Compatible With Popular Piano Apps

The USB-to-Host port is used to connect the UP-1 to computers, tablets and laptops. Via the common app stores, you can pair the UP-1 with popular piano apps such as Flowkey, Skoove or SimplyPiano. Beginners in particular benefit from the learning possibilities, and a wide range of recording apps is also available. The UP-1 is not only compatible with Android apps; it also connects conveniently to iPads and iPhones.

Damper Resonance

The UP-1's damper resonance function reliably simulates the internal behavior of an acoustic piano. That way, every pedaled keystroke rings with its natural resonance.

22 Built-In Effects

To further refine the piano sound, the digital piano offers a total of 22 effects (10 reverb effects, 12 chorus effects). This ensures you can always find the right sound for the desired mood.

Layer and Split Functions

The "Layer" and "Split" functions let you stack and combine two sounds comfortably to create impressive sonic textures. With the Split function you can divide the keyboard so that, for example, strings sound on the left hand while a piano sound plays on the right. The volume of each side can be adjusted independently.

Twinova Function

The Twinova function was developed for teachers and students and allows the keyboard and pedals to be split into two halves. This creates two independent keyboards ideal for serious piano lessons or practice sessions at home. The pedals can also be assigned separately left and right, so you can play as if you had two separate pianos on a single instrument!

Extensive Connectivity With USB MP3 Player & Recorder

Another revolution is the wide range of connections and the built-in MP3 recorder of the UP-1. The 6.3 mm jack microphone/AUX input also makes the piano attractive for entertainers. With the integrated USB MP3 recorder you can record directly to a USB stick. The clever bit: all signals (vocals, key strikes and any external audio sources) are saved into a single stereo MP3 file. If the built-in hi-fi speakers do not meet your demands, the stereo AUX output allows connection to a PA system or active speakers.

Transpose Function

The transpose functions let you shift the instrument in semitone steps so it can be optimally adapted to different sonic environments, tunings and ensembles.

Metronome and Headphone Jacks

To always stay in time, the UP-1 features an integrated metronome that, besides displaying beats per minute, also shows Italian tempo markings (Adagio, Andante, Allegro, etc.). The tempo can be adjusted continuously via a rotary knob. Two headphone jacks make it easy to play undisturbed in the evening or at night when you don't want to disturb others.

3 Pedals for Maximum Dynamics

Like a concert grand, the UP-1 offers three pedals with which you can shape sound and dynamics: the soft pedal (played with the left foot), the sostenuto pedal and the damper pedal, which lets notes decay naturally. The sostenuto pedal lets already played notes sustain longer. The soft pedal produces a gentler tonal character.

HiFi Speaker System With Preset EQ

For powerful sound the UP-1 features a built-in stereo hi-fi speaker system that can be tailored to your needs via the integrated equalizer with 6 presets.

Above all, the arrangement of the four speakers enables excellent sound: The two bass speakers are mounted on the underside of the music desk. From here they radiate sound downward so that the sound reflected from the floor creates a very natural room ambience. As a real highlight in this price range, the two speakers for the high frequencies are directed straight toward the pianist. This special arrangement produces an extremely nuanced sound with full character. Playback of external sound sources also becomes a pleasure thanks to the USB and AUX inputs.

OLED Display

The easily readable OLED display offers the best overview in every playing situation and shows, alongside the selected sound, the metronome tempo, the chosen time signature and other useful information.

Lacquered Surface

The high-gloss versions of the UP-1 are not fitted with a faux-lacquer finish as is often the case, but are fully painted and polished. This not only results in an absolutely premium appearance, it also makes the entire piano much more resistant to accidental bumps to corners and edges.
