Classic Cantabile UP-1 WH Upright E-Piano White High-Gloss - Return (Packaging Damage)

Elegant Design Meets Exquisite Tone and Extensive Features!

The UP-1 from Classic Cantabile, with its comprehensive feature set and premium keyboard, is undeniably a high-end digital piano. At the same time it sits in a price range that makes the instrument attractive for ambitious beginners. The stylish UP-1 truly is a digital-piano revolution!

40 High-Quality Sounds With Multisampling

With a total of 40 sounds, all of which use multisampling, the discerning pianist has a wide palette of tones to experiment with. From piano to string instruments, organ and harpsichord: the UP-1 fuels your creativity. Thanks to multisampling technology, where each piano key is represented by several different samples, the UP-1 upright piano sets new standards in piano tone.

Weighted Hammer Keyboard With Let-Off Simulation and Synthetic Ivory Surface

The weighted keyboard, let-off simulation and 3-sensor system of the UP-1 authentically reproduce the playing feel of an acoustic piano. The Ivory-Touch surface of the keys simultaneously provides an incredibly high-quality tactile response. Thanks to the touch sensitivity the digital piano can be played like a classic upright or a grand piano. The keyboard dynamics can be adjusted in five stages via the Touch-Response function.

256-Note Polyphony

The UP-1 can reproduce up to 256 notes simultaneously, allowing pieces from a variety of genres (classical, rock, pop, etc.) to be played in stereo while applying different voices at the same time.

USB-to-Host Compatible With Popular Piano Apps

The USB-to-Host output allows the UP-1 to be connected to computers, tablets and laptops. Via the common app stores you can pair the UP-1 with popular piano apps such as Flowkey, Skoove or Simplypiano. Beginners in particular benefit from the learning opportunities, and there is also a wide selection of recording apps available. The UP-1 is not only compatible with Android apps but can also be conveniently connected to iPad and iPhone.

Damper Resonance

The damper-resonance function of the UP-1 reliably simulates the inner workings of an acoustic piano. This ensures every pedaled keystroke sounds with its natural resonance.

22 Built-In Effects

To further refine the piano sound, the digital piano offers a total of 22 effects (10 reverb effects, 12 chorus effects). That way you can always find the right sound for the desired mood.

Layer And Split Functions

Using the Layer and Split functions you can comfortably stack and combine two sounds, creating impressive sonic textures. The Split function divides the keyboard so that, for example, strings can sound on the left hand while a piano voice plays on the right. The volume of each side can be adjusted independently.

Twinova Function

The Twinova function was developed for teachers and students, allowing the keyboard and pedals to be split into two halves. This creates two independent keyboards that are ideal for demanding piano lessons or practice sessions at home. The pedals can also be assigned separately left and right, so you can play as if on two separate pianos using a single instrument!

Extensive Connectivity With USB MP3 Player & Recorder

Another highlight is the wide range of connections and the built-in MP3 recorder of the UP-1. The 6.3 mm jack microphone/aux input makes the piano attractive for entertainers as well. With the integrated USB MP3 recorder you can record directly to a USB stick. The clever part: all signals (vocals, keystrokes and any external audio sources) are stored in a single stereo MP3 file. If the built-in Hi-Fi speakers do not meet your requirements, the stereo AUX output allows connection to a PA system or active speakers.

Transpose Function

The transpose functions allow the instrument to be shifted in semitone steps. This makes it easy to adapt the piano to different tuning situations, keys and ensembles.

Metronome And Headphone Jacks

To keep you in time, the UP-1 features an integrated metronome that, in addition to displaying beats per minute, shows Italian tempo markings (Adagio, Andante, Allegro, etc.). The tempo can be adjusted continuously via a rotary control. Two headphone jacks make it easy to play in the evenings or at night without disturbing others.

3 Pedals For Maximum Dynamics

Like a grand piano the UP-1 provides 3 pedals that influence tone and dynamics: the soft pedal (played with the left foot), the sostenuto pedal and the damper pedal, which lets notes decay. The sostenuto pedal sustains already-played notes longer, while the soft pedal creates a softer tone.

Hi-Fi Speaker System With Preset EQ

For powerful sound the UP-1 features a built-in stereo hi-fi speaker system that can be tailored to your needs via the integrated equalizer with 6 presets.

Above all, the arrangement of the four speakers enables excellent sound: The two bass speakers are mounted on the underside of the playing table. From there they project sound downward so that the sound reflected from the floor creates a very natural room ambience. As a real standout in this price class, the two speakers for the high tones fire directly toward the pianist. This special arrangement yields an extremely nuanced sound with full character. Playback of external sources also becomes a pleasure thanks to the USB and AUX inputs.

OLED Display

The easily readable OLED display provides a clear overview in every playing situation and shows, in addition to the selected sound, the metronome tempo, time signature and other useful information.

Painted Finish

The high-gloss versions of the UP-1 are not just coated with a lacquer look but are actually fully painted and polished. This not only enhances the premium appearance but also makes the entire piano noticeably more resistant to accidental knocks and nicks at corners and edges.
