The characteristic tone color and special charm of instruments from Bohemian production are achieved through traditional manufacturing methods. This model stands out with clear intonation and good response, making it ideal for brass bands and musicians who value an authentic Bohemian sound in the Flugelhorn range.

The Cerveny Flugelhorn CFH 502 is crafted from brass. The nickel silver used for the horn’s leadpipe significantly extends the instrument’s lifespan, as the leadpipe is the most susceptible to corrosion. The valve casing (valve casings and valve ports) of the Flugelhorn is also made of nickel silver.

The traditional construction of the Cerveny CFH 502 Flugelhorn forms the basis for its easy response and impressive tonal projection. The bell has a diameter of 160 mm, and the bore measures 11.1 mm.

High-Quality Components for Comfortable Playing

The valve casing is equipped with mini ball joints, ensuring perfect and reliable valve action. The rotary valves, like the valve casings, are manufactured on modern CNC machining centers and then hand-lapped (finely processed and smoothed).

The ergonomically positioned trigger lever with adjustable stopper on the 3rd valve slide allows comfortable tuning adjustment. The 2 water keys make handling the instrument easier. Additionally, the pre-installed lyre holder makes you ready to play anywhere immediately.

The Flugelhorn is, of course, delivered in a sturdy case and includes a silver-plated mouthpiece.
