The 4-piece EFNOTE 5 sets new standards with its excellent sound and extraordinary pads made from 6-layer birch shells. The EFNOTE 5 is an absolute world first – experience a new dimension in the e-drum sector!

Exceptionally realistic sound is ensured by elaborately produced multilayer samples. Each of the 98 factory sounds consists of many individual samples, achieving an extraordinarily high dynamic range. All sounds are editable, and 128 user memory slots are available for your own creations.

The compact sound module features a sturdy metal housing and is operated via a touch screen LC display. Its clearly structured menu allows even inexperienced users quick access to all functions and settings. Sounds can be tuned, muffled, and EQ’d. Additionally, there is a virtual mixer to individually adjust sound volumes and route them freely to the outputs.

The integrated metronome and rhythm box are ideal for practice. You can also stream songs and play-alongs to the module via Bluetooth. The EFNOTE 5 module includes a built-in USB audio interface that can transfer 8 digital tracks to a computer. It also has 2 analog outputs, making the EFNOTE 5 equally suitable for live, studio, and teaching use.

The snare, tom tom, and floor tom feature high-quality 6-layer birch shells, are fitted with mesh heads, and each equipped with three sensors. This multi-trigger technology guarantees uniquely high sensitivity and extremely precise response. Additionally, the snare has a third playing surface, allowing 100% accurate separation between cross stick and rim shot. Misfiring triggers are thus completely eliminated. The 16" bass drum is equipped with 2 triggers, making it ideal for double bass pedal use.

The cymbal pads, including the hi-hat, are 360° playable from all sides. Therefore, a device to prevent cymbal rotation is no longer necessary. The crash and ride cymbals are triple-zone pads, allowing the edge, surface, and bell to be played. All cymbal pads also feature a choke function for manual muting.

For accurate and highly sensitive playability, the innovative hi-hat pad uses multiple optical sensors instead of a conventional contact slider to detect position. The EFNOTE 5 comes with double-braced snare and cymbal stands.

Efnote Tools App

The handy iOS/Android app EFNOTE TOOLS takes drumming to a new level with numerous features. This requires the current firmware update V1.20 on the respective EFNOTE modules. EFNOTE Tools is available in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
