Once again, EFNOTE sets new standards by launching the world’s first Effect Crash Pad and a Cymbal Stacker for E-Drums with the 7X set.

All 241 sounds consist of numerous individual samples, the so-called multilayer samples, distributed across a total of 101 instrument presets, guaranteeing exceptionally high dynamics and unmistakably realistic sound behavior.

The compact sound module features a sturdy metal housing and is operated via a touchscreen LC display. Its clearly structured menu allows even inexperienced users quick access to all functions and settings.

All sounds can be edited to personal preferences using functions like tuning, muffling, and EQ, and saved in the user memory. There are 128 storage slots available in total. A virtual mixer lets you individually adjust the volume of sounds and route them freely to the outputs.

The built-in metronome and rhythm box are perfect for practice. Additionally, songs and play-alongs can be streamed into the module via an input jack and Bluetooth® connection. The EFNOTE 7X module is also equipped with a USB audio interface that allows 8 tracks to be transferred digitally to a computer. Up to four analog outputs are also available. The EFNOTE 7X impresses both in the rehearsal room and on stage, and is also an eye-catcher in any larger living room.

Last but not least, the bass drum, snare, and toms are made from high-quality, 6-ply birch shells and fitted with double-layer mesh heads. To ensure uniquely high sensitivity and extremely precise response, all toms have a total of 3 trigger sensors, and the snare has 4. Additionally, the snare features a third playing surface, enabling 100% accurate separation between cross stick and rim shot. Misfiring triggers are thus completely eliminated. The 20" bass drum is equipped with 2 triggers, ensuring consistent response whether using a single or double bass pedal.

All cymbal pads, including the hi-hat, are playable from all sides with 360° coverage and can be stopped via a choke sensor. A device to prevent cymbal rotation is therefore unnecessary. The crash and ride cymbals are triple-zone pads, allowing the edge, bow, and bell to be played.

The hi-hat features optical multi-trigger sensors with an exceptionally fine sampling rate and extremely precise playability. This allows even complex patterns at high speeds to be executed flawlessly.

Finally, the wide dynamic range and consistent, stable sampling at an ultra-low latency are ensured by the newly developed ELISE sensor processor.
