The composite keys consist of a wood core with a very durable plastic coating. This combination not only ensures maintenance-free performance but also provides an incredibly high-quality feel thanks to the textured Ivory-Touch surface. With the integrated USB MP3 recorder, recordings can be made directly to a USB stick. The highlight: all signals (vocals, keystrokes, and any external audio sources) are saved in a stereo MP3 file. Transpose Function

Like a grand piano, the UP-1Plus offers 3 pedals to influence sound and dynamics. The soft pedal, played with the left foot, the sostenuto pedal, and the damper pedal, which lets notes ring out. The sostenuto pedal sustains already played notes longer. The soft pedal produces a softer tone.

HiFi Speaker System with Preset EQ

For powerful sound, the UP-1Plus features a built-in stereo HiFi speaker system with an integrated equalizer offering 6 presets to tailor the sound to your needs.

The arrangement of the 4 speakers especially enables excellent sound: The two bass speakers are mounted at the underside of the playing desk. From here, they project sound downward, with the floor reflection creating a very natural room sound. As a real highlight in this price range, the two tweeters for high tones are directed straight toward the pianist. This special arrangement results in an extremely nuanced sound image with full character. The USB and AUX inputs also make playback of external sound sources a delight.

OLED Display

The clearly readable OLED display provides the best overview in every playing situation and shows the selected sound, metronome tempo, time signature, and other useful information.
