Classic Cantabile DP-230 WM Digital Piano Matte White - Return (Packaging Damage)

Easy To Use, Rich Sound, And Realistic Feel — All At A Great Price!

A good entry-level piano must meet three requirements: first, it must be easy to use; second, it must offer high-quality features; and third, it should come at a price that doesn't strain your wallet or the family budget. The DP-230 digital piano masters this demanding mix of substantial criteria with flying colors. More experienced musicians who want to practice what they've learned and deepen their skills will also be impressed by the new Classic Cantabile digital piano, because its rich tone and realistic playing feel make playing great fun even for advanced pianists!

Weighted Hammer-Action Keyboard With Adjustable Touch Sensitivity

To provide an authentic playing feel, the developers at Classic Cantabile equipped the DP-230 with a hammer-action keyboard modeled on an acoustic piano. Pressing a key produces a resistance similar to that of an acoustic instrument. The keys also feature touch sensitivity, allowing you to play softly with a light touch or emphasize specific notes with firmer pressure.

Elegant Design With Keyboard Lid

The digital piano's design is inspired by an acoustic piano, so it not only performs well technically but also makes a strong visual impression as a quality piece of furniture. The practical fallboard effectively prevents dust from settling on the keys and protects them until their next use!

128-Note Polyphony

Thanks to 128-note polyphony, the digital piano can reproduce up to 128 tones simultaneously. With this palette of available tones, the player can apply timbres from classical to rock at any time, even in stereo sound.

40 Different Sounds

The extensive selection of 40 high-quality WMA voices allows for varied emphasis of melodies and the creation of diverse moods. The pianist has plenty of room to experiment — whether organ, accordion or string instrument: the Classic Cantabile digital piano delivers the right sounds for every taste.

Versatile Connectivity

In terms of connectivity, the digital piano keeps pace with current top models. The following connections are available: 2 headphone jacks (one mutes the internal speakers when headphones are plugged in for undisturbed practice), a USB port to connect the piano to a computer, and MIDI IN and OUT ports to control external devices such as synthesizers. With the audio inputs and outputs (Cinch/phono) you can connect external devices like a CD player or MP3 player to the piano or hook it up to an external amplifier.

Metronome and Headphone Jacks

To help you keep the right beat and tempo while practicing, the DP-230 includes a metronome with adjustable tempo and time signature. The DP-230 also features two headphone jacks so you can practice and play without disturbing others, for example your neighbors. Through the second headphone jack, someone can listen to your playing “silently.”

The Pedals "Soft", "Sostenuto" and "Sustain"

Like an acoustic grand piano, the DP-230 offers three pedals that let you shape the sound of the pieces you play. The Soft pedal is on the left and — like the Sostenuto pedal in the middle — is operated with the left foot. The Sustain pedal on the right is used most often. It allows notes to ring out, while the middle Sostenuto pedal sustains only notes that were already played. The left Soft pedal reduces the volume of struck notes and produces a softer tonal character.
