Customer ratings for McGrey DP-18 SM E-Piano Matte Black Set

We are very happy with the Kirsten electric piano. The sound quality is clear and pleasant, the keys feel good and respond sensitively to touch. Both children and adults get along with it very well.
It is easy to use and clearly laid out, so even beginners can get started quickly. At the same time, it offers enough features to keep advanced players happy too. Great value for money – highly recommended for families and music lovers of all ages!

Everything went smoothly. Great service from Musikhaus Kirsten, and fast, friendly delivery by DHL. Setup was easy, everything was great, and the piano sounds fantastic. The headphones are very good.
Thank you very much! I’d definitely buy from you again!

The electric piano is ideal for beginners; despite the fact that you have to assemble it yourself, it feels very sturdy and lives up to everything described. We’re more than happy with it. I do see room for improvement in the video assembly instructions. They included significantly more steps (the piano came with more pre-assembled parts than shown), which caused some confusion at first. In the end, though, with a little common sense, it went together pretty quickly even without the instructions.

I'm very satisfied!
Great quality

Our daughter is absolutely thrilled. Great overall package.

A good digital piano with effects that mimic real instruments.
Very useful for beginners—headphones allow you to practice quietly without disturbing others.

Everything went really smoothly. Great!

The piano arrived quickly and fully meets expectations. It was also very easy to assemble. The stool and headphones are also very comfortable. The sound is beautiful; you can hardly tell the difference from an acoustic piano. The volume can be conveniently adjusted on both the piano and the headphones. You can play music quietly, even if the baby has just fallen asleep in the living room. Highly recommended.

The parcels arrived incredibly damaged, the goods themselves are still usable but impossible to give as a gift.
Even the smallest box was completely torn and crushed.

Thank you, it was very uncomplicated Best regards from Austria

Unfortunately, I can't give a rating yet as the package has not yet been delivered.

Delivery went really well, nice service!
Assembly was unproblematic.
We have no comparison, but for our purposes at home it has a decent sound and, especially with the touch technique, the right feeling for the exercises. The headphones included are great. We are completely satisfied, the price-performance ratio is definitely right. A clear recommendation for home use.
