Weighted Hammer Keyboard with Touch Sensitivity
The weighted keyboard of the DP-18 with real hammer action simulates the playing feel of an acoustic piano with traditional mechanics as authentically as possible for the pianist. The 88 keys feature a certain, "natural" resistance when pressed down, as is the case with classic acoustic pianos. The keyboard is also touch-sensitive, meaning the tones sound louder or softer depending on how hard a key is pressed. To reliably protect the keyboard from dust, the DP-18 comes with a keyboard cover.
128-Note Polyphony

Metronome and Headphone Jacks

The "Soft", "Sostenuto" and "Sustain" Pedals

The soft pedal is on the left and, like the sostenuto pedal in the middle, is played with the left foot. The sustain pedal on the right is usually used most often.
