I want to learn to play the piano and this seemed like a good starter model. Communication with Musikhaus was fast and pleasant.
The delivery took a little longer. The downside was that I didn't know in advance exactly when they would come, and the driver delivered the piano to my door. Luckily I was home at the time of delivery. Since you have to bring the piano to the house yourself, keep in mind that you will need labor to do it. (The package weighs 80 kilos).
After unpacking, I was pleasantly surprised by the design. It is a beautiful piano that fits well into your interior. The touch of the piano feels good and the sound is fine for my beginner ears. I have yet to discover all the buttons that are available.
All in all, I am pleased with my purchase and hope to enjoy it for many years to come.
Another nice detail: After I ordered the piano, it was put up for sale. The music store refunded me the difference. Great!

I'm thrilled with the quality at this great price! The transport to the 4th floor was sweaty, if you have to go up stairs and don't have strong men on site, I recommend delivery incl. assembly. The probably ironed narrow strip on the flap is unfortunately already slightly detached, a tiny little flaw, but my joy over this beautiful instrument does not cloud.

beim musikproduzieren nutze ich die teile und zubehör von kirstein.de und jetzt auch beim klavierspielen ????????.

das klang ist wie einer teuerer Kawai aber besser.. die tasten sind ja auch schön und gestern abend hab ich meinem herz komplett gebrochen ???? ich liebe es sehr ????❤️

ich kann diesen klavier für jeden nutzer bewerten, aber pass auf weil es ist ne schwere teile. ich hab es selbst gebaut aber du brauchst wirklich mindestens zwei personen. wenn jemand in der nähe vom nürburgring wohnst kann ich dir gerne unterstützen. kaufe es! jetzt gleich! ????❤️

I have only recently started playing the piano. In the beginning I borrowed a keybord to practice on it and I already had some successes. Since I have noticed that an instrument is played more regularly when it is not neatly stored in the closet, but is attractively set up in a living room, I looked around for a pretty piano and thus became aware of the Up-1 in white matt. Apart from its looks, it also had good reviews and a lot of features to offer. I also liked the fact that the connections, e.g. for the headphones, are at the front so that I don't have to climb behind the instrument. The delivery lasted, as announced, unfortunately, several weeks I could hardly hold out in anticipation.

However, the wait was completely worth it. The piano came in a box that had to be carried by two people just from its dimensions. The DHL courier was kind enough to lend a hand and so we carried the package up the stairs. (I live on the ground floor). Assembly was a breeze for me as an Ikea customer. The technology was delivered in a block and then only had to be put on and screwed tight.
One review said the pedals and lower base would bend when playing or something like that. There is a set screw for this, similar to a garden table, which quickly fixes this problem in an invisible way.
Playing on this wonderful instrument sounds really great and the adjustments are honestly intuitive.
I sit in my living room every day and admire our beautiful new piece of furniture.
As a thank you for this purchase, I received a beginner's course from an online music school which I am diligently taking. Everything is explained well and thanks to the pause function in the video I can learn at my own pace.
I would buy this piano again anytime.

Great design, good finish. Very good sound, keyboard very similar to an acoustic. Very easy to assemble. At this price there is nothing better, but it is still comparable to much more expensive digital pianos. Go ahead and buy it even if you are a level piano player!

The prices are not fancy (shipping actually included, and tariff including all taxes) You know exactly what you will pay when you go to the checkout ... not like the German competitor where one surprise after another ...

In itself, the piano makes a high-quality and solid impression.
The sound is so far great, the keyboard feel quite authentic and also the 40 modes are entertaining.
Only the construction of the foot pedals does not open up to me. So the pedals hang together with the crossbar a good piece in the air, whereby the flexible pressed wood is but badly stressed and also partly gives to hear from. Ultimately, either a bar is missing, which supports the floor, or the cross brace should be placed further down. In any case, I find it inappropriate for a piano in this price segment. You can also guess the gap on the product image - yes the distance to the floor is a whole 3.5cm high.

At first I had considered two other digital pianos, but after a very nice and informative phone conversation with a staff member, I decided on the Classic Cantabile UP1.
Set up was super easy. Since I'm a beginner, I can't really say anything about the sound quality. But the first impression is great. It looks great, has great features and feels good.
I could choose the delivery date, everything went smoothly.
I would buy from Kirstein again at any time.

Good feelings aside: the keys seem too soft, I can't make them harder; apparently the treble portion of the keyboard has a lower volume than the others; I'd like to get a lamp to mount on the piano to illuminate the sheet music, do you have something to recommend?

When I received the box, I first had mixed feelings. Because the carton was dusty without end, which gave me the impression to have bought a store. In the box was then of course nothing dusty and the device was also perfectly in order.

The assembly is very simple, because the game table is completely ready and you only have to bring together the frame underneath. This was done without instructions (all logical in itself) and alone in 15 minutes. Setting up the game table on your own is probably not everyone's cup of tea, but it's not impossible either. A little bit of what can lift, you have to do it.

The first impression... The instrument is much smaller and more slender than the pictures in the shop show. If you have a real piano in the room like me, this one seems quite small. But you can get along with it, if you bring the bench to the right height. :-) The next point is the keyboard: It is of high quality, pressure point simulation is all well and good, but it is only a simulation, you notice that immediately. The keyboard is weighted and can also be played well, but it does not come to a real piano, there are worlds in between.

Then the first playing. What is immediately noticeable is the amplifier, which doesn't have too much pressure. This becomes noticeable when you play with a lot of power. That sounds then already somewhat pressureless... If you have ever played a real piano, you know what a can of sound can come out of such a device. Here that is not the case, everything is rather leisurely. But you can play with it and for most players, including me, that should be enough. The sound as such is also acceptable in the piano sounds, but the bass in chords already rolls over, while individual notes sound clean. The middle range and the treble is acceptable, whereby the strength lies here quite clearly in the middle range.
The not piano length are gimmicks, which are more or less successful, but probably for a "piano player" should be completely uninteresting.
The pedals I find successful, because I have not really had what to criticize.

Successful I find the keyboard cover, which comes with a softclose.

A price of 799, - euros I find a bit high for this device, but there you can decide freely, what you buy. :-)

My conclusion: A successful device with some limitations. I had previously opted for the Steinmayer with real wood keyboard, then switched at the last moment to this one, because I found the design (Upright) more beautiful. I don't know if that was the right decision, it's the Krucz which unfortunately you can't play beforehand when buying on the internet. If I could now, I would want to take the Steinmayer.

All in all, you get here but a nice piano to learn to play and beyond.

For the price you really can not complain to get a polyphonic electric piano.
What I find a pity, or what bothers me:

- the sound of the held touch (without foot button) -> sounds very strange and untypical piano, just like a sample that is stretched out.
- the sound of the three piano presets -> a few more would have done really well.
- to call the Oled display a high quality OLED is strange, because the resolution looks more like 1990.
- Twinova function does not work for me

All in all though, it's a nice piece and fun to play on. The other functions (USB/Midi) were the point for me not to buy a real piano. So you can make wonderful recordings in Logic and use this as a master keyboard.

However, if someone wants an electric piano that sounds perfectly like a piano, this is the wrong place. But there's a death you have to die. I like it. Maybe a star will come with it too.... maybe if you can update the thing?

Actually, the rating is at a return, but I think it makes sense to put the rating here too, because most interested parties probably rather look here for a rating. Therefore, do not fret if they find the text in 2 places.

Bought a CC here before more than 10 years ago and was always satisfied with it. Unfortunately, I bought one without a keyboard cover. Dust and cats have then ensured that the electronics has gradually said goodbye.
This time I had a choice of some higher priced epianos, of which I liked the UP1 from the beginning. Few function keys, 256 polyphony, concentration on piano playing, not on technical frippery. Intensive listening comparisons, also with Yamaha ydp 163, Casio and Dynatone did not bring the decision yet. Only after consultation with the specialist department did I finally decide in favour of the UP1.
Then also the disposal of the old equipment should take place by Kirstein. This has not yet been an issue, but will certainly be more often in the future, as in the next few years it will be just as much a take-back item as washing machines or televisions.
The UP1 arrived after a few days very well packed. The assembly was very easy and quick, just like the old epiano. The holes were very accurate, nothing wobbles, everything makes a stable impression. Instructions are in German and well explained.
Then the first keystrokes. Much, much more piano-like than the old CC (which was to be expected). From very soft to hard hammering, also still individually adjustable, clear weight difference of bass bin height. Pedal action hardly distinguishable from real piano. We did all rehearsals with the Grand Piano setting. What can I say, a quantum leap in technology within 10 years. Our neighbour has a 5 year old Yam. Clavinova and after trying it for a long time said that he will probably buy a CC Upright next time too , need we comment? The keys feel very real, not slippery at all, the replica ivory overlay seems very successful to me.
The device has a beautiful full sound through the 4 speakers, whether loud or very quiet . Very useful the various piano styles, so can wonderfully simulate a bar instrument, but also quite classical piano types. Whether it has to be strings or trumpets is an open question. A nice goodie, but not decisive for buying.
For me already at that time absolutely necessary the midi connection, today a usb-host connection. But why did they use an A(printer) port instead of the usual male port? But it works, so you always have an interactive connection for home practicing.
So far we can't find anything to complain about. Just one tip for those who are considering the UP1. The wooden parts are stable, the body and the consoles look nice. However, all parts in the SM version are only veneered. The high gloss version has several layers of lacquer, which probably makes it much more durable and shock resistant. The old CC was black high gloss and had until today almost no damage. Whether the veneer is so hatlbar, I doubt. So who can, should perhaps invest the 150 € more there.
I hope I could help a little with this evaluation in the purchase decision.
