14 days after ordering, the instrument was delivered to me (Switzerland), and this during the vacation season. Compliments. The harp is perfectly finished, no damage at all. The sound was meager at first, but has become a miracle of sound after only two days of retuning. And it will surely get even better. The semitone keys go a bit heavy, but are not so important for me for the time being. The fine tuning works well. The harp weighs 8.2 kilos instead of the stated 4.2 kilos and the range goes from C3 to C7 (the doc says otherwise).
For this price one can only say: A great instrument !

About the enchanting little harp with amazingly beautiful sound I was very happy. Delivery was reliable and prompt within 3 days, super and safely packed. Only small defects : in the wood / support of the instrument is some dirt got under the varnish and the zipper slider is broken off during the first (normal) winding.
Already after a few days the tuning stabilizes with initially daily retuning, a recommendable instrument.

A beautiful harp and yet simple.
I have not tested it yet, but just started tuning it.
I am very pleased with the quality of the seller, who responded to my questions before and after the purchase to get the most out of the instrument.

I decided to start with this harp to see if it is something for me permanently.
For the price, the harp sounds very good.
It is well made and looks beautiful. For beginners and curious the absolutely right choice.
BUT my semitone keys were not adjusted correctly. In fact, they were so wrong in places that I had to completely move the semitone keys including the screws. With some reading in and manual skill it went, only one can not be adjusted perfectly, because it sits so close to the tuning peg that I can not set it higher. The tuning pegs alone were not enough for fine adjustment. The very high notes are not quite pure and can be tuned so partly very difficult despite good tuner. Conclusion: For the price an absolutely solid instrument with a nice sound. If you expect the highest quality sound, you have to pay more. Some craftsmanship is necessary when fine-tuning the semitone keys. The final inspection at Kirstein should work a little more precisely.
I would buy it again.

I received it within 3 days, it is very nicely finished, but unfortunately I received it damaged ... I received the instrument with all spare strings, which is very useful, especially as a beginner, and with its carrying case ideal to play it in other places.

Small harp, very beautiful and with good acoustics.

Delivery was fast and in the package with good padding. About the low weight of the harp I was a little surprised.
The harp is well suited for me as a beginner. I like its sound well.
Useful is the small harp school to it.
It also says that the harp must be tuned frequently at the beginning until the tones hold.
Overall, I am fully satisfied with the purchase.
The only drawback is that of course only simpler melodies can be played. I will probably buy a larger harp at some point.

Harp ordered in the morning by express - there the next morning. It does not get any better.
Sturdily packed with neat bag and second set of strings. Fortunately.

Tuning a harp is not so trivial at first, especially not in E-flat major.
A digital tuner is absolutely necessary.

And there the description is unfortunately not helpful, but misleading:
"...where the blue and red strings indicate where the notes C and F are located".
This sentence suggests that the C strings would be blue and the F strings red - but it is exactly the other way around!

Fortunately the internet can help, otherwise you will either have totally limp strings (tuned too low) or everything will blow up in your face.
After a few teething problems so everything tuned correctly and then came the Aha experience: She sounds quite wonderful.

What is most surprising is the quality and the materials. Obviously made in Pakistan, this is something completely different than Chinese mass-produced goods.
No plywood or even worse (MDF, etc.). Everything solid and neatly finished.

And also visually an absolute eye-catcher. Stands with us on the kitchen table (yes, which is appropriately large), so that you can always pluck a little tune in passing. That's just fun, The sound creates a soothing atmosphere and you can also wonderfully deny a whole evening with improvising without the listeners (my wife) to get on your nerves.

Really a full, wonderful instrument.

For tuning, I now put the harp on the sound box so that I can put the tuner on it (can't be clamped anywhere). Then even the high notes are reliably displayed and you can keep track of which string you are tuning. In the meantime, it is no longer so strongly out of tune, but the phenomenon with the retuning over a longer period is known.

The keys are fine, the tuning is not quite 100%, but OK. Unfortunately, you can't get to the fine tuners just then, because they are then covered.
Speaking of fine tuners: You don't really need them, even for the very high strings. However, the corresponding key cannot be used either. A burr at the opening prevents you from reliably putting the key on. For the price, no problem, I think. A little filed and then it fit.

A string is then but simply torn while playing, I was very glad that the second set of strings was included. Good service.

All in all: Who decides like me spontaneously to buy a harp because you find the sound of this instrument so beautiful, which is very well taken care of with this offer and will not be disappointed. No compromise that you think you have to make at this price is recognizable.

Fantastic product complete

I bought the 29 string harp and am thrilled with its sound. It is solid and weighs 7.5 kg, not the 4 or so in the description I like, otherwise it would be a wood without density and body to resonate so well. Once the strings stabilize after a few days of adjusting, you only have to adjust them very selectively. So I bought the 22 string one for easier transport and relaxed use in my chair. It weighs a little more than described, 5,150 kg. and I have it tuned to A at 415 hrzs.
I tuned it to A at 415 hrzs to reduce the heavy tension and harshness of the strings. I am very happy with both and recommend them to anyone starting out with the harp, they are also the cheapest with very very acceptable quality.... Cheers

I have been thrilled with my harp since I received it. It is really great! But it goes out of tune very quickly, sometimes even in the middle of a piece. Maybe it's because it's new. I also regretted that it took so long to receive it, over a month. I am very happy with it, it is a very good buy.

I already have a 22-string Cantabile, although as a musician I leave a bit to be desired ???? but I am FAN. This 12 string guitar is solid, beautiful and with a very warm sound despite the few strings. I tuned it in C and it is much easier to play, the strings are softer. Everything is fine, thank you!

The harp can be tuned well, the sound is of course as expected somewhat flat but still very pleasant. It is simply but well and stably worked. You can discover musical talents while playing. All three of us like it very much. It was meant for our 5 year old daughter, but we are all experimenting with it and it is very easy to play simple melodies. Especially in combination with a guitar it sounds very good. Improvements I would like to see are the following. Instructions for tuning according to the Celtic scale and a small booklet for simple exercises as an additional addition to select during the ordering process, such as when ordering a ukulele. Thank you very much. For sure it will be a bigger instrument next year.

the product is excellent, but the delivery was very bad. after paying a lot for the delivery, i expected a much better service. i had a transport order with DHL service, and i received a message from the number +39 335-1698874 informing me of the delivery. unfortunately, this number was no longer available, with the result that the delivery had no time share. i was at work, luckily my son was at home and was able to take care of the delivery. however, the transport order included the "delivery time" as an additional service. this was not respected at all. in short, be very careful who you contact to deliver the products, because they are often not serious professionals.

We are happy with the harp, but are the strings of good quality? We are wondering because, despite the care we take when tuning and playing, many strings break, including those from the spare parts set. Is there an address where I can get individual strings of sufficient quality so that I don't have to be annoyed?

Excellent price-performance ratio

The instrument does not hold the specified tuning.
Have gently tuned the instrument up to the specified E-flat tuning within two months.
However, the tension is too high for the poor string quality.
I broke several strings in the E-flat tuning. So I have to tune the harp down one tone again.
To achieve the stated tuning of E-flat or even C-major, you need, to all appearances, quality strings, which are available from other dealers for about 130 euros.
The article therefore does not deliver what it promises and it is therefore a misleading.

The small harp is a real instrument and has a great sound rich in overtones. This improves with regular playing and tuning.
After a week, it already holds the tuning quite well.
The workmanship is impeccable, it comes with everything you need. Two tuning keys, an extra set of strings and the padded bag complete the set.

It is small, handy, light and easy to play.

Unfortunately, it took almost two weeks for me to receive it.
