When I ordered I was very skeptical because I hardly expected a satisfactory product for this price. Delivery was quick, the guitar was well packaged and arrived completely undamaged. After tuning, I was pleasantly impressed with the sound of the 3/4 guitar. My 9 year old grandson immediately enjoyed "playing" it, as the strings were not too hard to press and thus "usable" tones could be fabricated relatively quickly. The overall impression of the guitar was also very pleasing. My grandson and I were delighted with the additional equipment (pitch pipe, spare strings, plectrum and bag). Thank you for the all-round satisfactory introduction to guitar playing!

I bought this guitar for my 7 year old son as a starter instrument.
I (can also play guitar) am absolutely satisfied with sound / touch / quality. There are a few beauty "flaws" such as a stained fingerboard. Maybe I can oil it?
You can learn guitar on the guitar super ... these are the experiences of 2 weeks ... and I think I'll buy another one for the little brother on the right.
Oh, friendly and competent phone service... I did not know what the Allen is for (you can adjust the neck tilt).

Everything worked quickly and reliably - packaging secure and stable.
A suggestion ... the delivery is a "mini recorder-like" voice thing. Without the "absolute pitch" does not help me.
I have meanwhile procured a tuner for € 3.90. Perhaps one could consider an exchange between the tuning possibilities.

Poor workmanship. Mechanics broken after only 2 months. Poor lateral position, because actually right-handed guitar - strings were simply wound the other way around.

We decided to buy this starter set because our daughter wants to try playing the guitar and you know how long children sometimes hold out;-) . Since the price-performance ratio is good.

The set is a very good starter set. our daughter was immediately pleased and wanted to get started right away. And that's when our problems began, because no one with us knows anything about guitars. We had no idea how to hold the guitar as a lefty, let alone how to tune the guitar then. I also missed any information about the booklet that came with the guitar. Is this for right-handers? What do I have to do differently as a left-hander? So for the time being we had no other choice than to strum something and hope for the teacher.

We can not yet rate this product. It is a Christmas gift that has not always been given away.
