Child-Friendly Mechanism
The specially developed mechanism of the AS-420 ensures that even children with small hands can easily reach all keys. The closely spaced keys and reduced weight significantly ease the entry into making music. This is the key to successful and, above all, fun lessons!
Curved S-Neck
The curved S-neck is another highlight of the Classic Cantabile Youngstar AS-420. This ergonomic adjustment positions the instrument about 5 cm higher on the body, greatly improving playing posture for children and promoting correct finger positioning.
High-Quality Materials and Craftsmanship
The saxophone is made of brass and finished with a gold lacquer that not only looks elegant but is also durable. A hole on the inside of the bell ensures better intonation. Additionally, the instrument comes without the usual D#/E/F keys and bell mechanism, making learning even easier and focusing on the essentials.
Easy Transition to Traditional Alto Saxophone
The fundamental tuning of the Youngstar AS-420 in Eb allows for an easy switch later to a traditional Eb alto saxophone without having to adjust to new sound habits. Moreover, the junior player can effortlessly perform the Eb alto saxophone part in any ensemble or orchestra and blend seamlessly into the group.
Fully Equipped for an Easy Start
The robust lightweight case with compartments offers secure protection for your instrument and is practical to carry as a backpack! An included cleaning swab ensures a clean interior and can be easily stored and transported inside the saxophone. The S-neck, a mouthpiece with ligature are also included. Additionally, a cleaning cloth and a pair of care gloves are supplied. You can start playing right away!
Carry Strap for Children
Child cross strap with 4 sliding buckles, adjustable straps, and back crossover. This cross strap with snap hook (ABS) is recommended for alto and tenor saxophones.
Tuner/Metronome
This universal device is the perfect companion for virtually any instrument. Not only can almost any instrument be tuned correctly with the contact microphone and wide tuning range, but the built-in metronome also keeps everything in the right tempo. The calibratable tuner offers 5 tuning modes, a tone generator, and a jack input with contact microphone.
Saxophone Stand
The position of the middle support can be adjusted to fit your instrument. All supports are naturally padded with soft cushioning, and the metal parts are powder-coated.
