Brass Sound in Bright Colors!
Good news for everyone who likes to take their brass instrument out on the town: the Classic Cantabile MardiBrass series is here! Worries about nasty notes when temperatures swing and fears of dents after lively spontaneous sessions are finally a thing of the past. This indestructible instrument joins every celebration and, with its brilliant sound, guarantees top moods at any feel-good event where the unmistakable brass voice is essential.
Super-Light For Heavy Duty...
Attention kids, music students and brass heroes! The Classic Cantabile MardiBrass tuba is an attractive instrument that invites experimentation and gets confidently pulled out for occasions where an expensive brass model would rather stay in its case. Its low weight especially makes the MardiBrass tuba the perfect student instrument!
"The Man With The Blue Tuba" Plays MardiBrass
Micha von der Rampe, aka "The Man With The Blue Tuba", has been performing on the MardiBrass plastic tuba for some time. Whether at the "Dahoim Feschd" (his open air in Brackenheim near Heilbronn), on the ski hut in Ischgl or in Megapark on Mallorca — party animal and frontman Micha always has his MardiBrass tuba with him and, above all, in action.
Micha experiences his "blue miracle" on every stage and is thrilled: "For me it's the perfect tuba. It's light, an eye-catcher and virtually unbreakable — even on the ski slope and in the roller coaster!"
Micha's conclusion: "Both sonically and technically it's an absolute killer for the price. I'd buy this tuba again anytime!"
Features: Top-Notch!
If you think robustness and precision contradict each other, think again. The combination of the rugged plastic body with corrosion-resistant stainless steel valves and a leadpipe and valve assembly made of brass makes the Classic Cantabile MardiBrass a thoroughly rounded package.
Perfect For Travel
The MardiBrass instruments are so light they won't weigh you down during a move or on that upcoming mountain tour. Their resilience also makes them the ideal travel companion.
The ABS plastic tuba won't hold it against you if you leave it briefly on the beach while the band cools off in the water, and it easily survives long, wet-and-wild hut nights.
Incl. Gigbag and Mouthpiece
The lightweight instrument is delivered with a mouthpiece and, of course, the matching gigbag.
Tested Quality
To make sure you enjoy your instrument for years, all brass instruments undergo Kirstein quality control. This takes place in our master-led brass workshop by qualified instrument makers. We guarantee perfect condition with a certificate that is enclosed with the instrument.
Take it easy, take MardiBrass!

I previously had a sousaphone.
What can I say, the tuba is very light and has a great tone and response.
I play in a Guggenmusik band, so I only play seasonally 😉
I have absolutely no problems playing a clean tone with the instrument.
Just right for my needs.
I would buy it again at any time or recommend it to others.
Thank you for the fast processing, delivery and service

The instrument corresponds exactly to the specifications given by the company.
The tuba in Bb is absolutely useful for anyone who wants to start learning to play a wind instrument.
Highly recommended!
Variant Classic Cantabile KT-30MS MardiBrass Plastic Bb Tuba Matte Black
It is 3/4 size Bb tuba and it is smaller that I was expecting. Mechanically it is nicely done and all 4 valves works nicely and they are made like in real tubas.
The bag is very light and nicely done. There is a very long zip to close instrument bag. That might be a problem after a few years use.
The sound is ok, better than I expected, and valves work smoothly.
While playing in a military band you have to play quite loud to to get enough volume. This is compared to my other tuba which is big B&S.
I will use this tuba while practicing and when we have small gigs. This kind of use it is perfect for me. There is a good value for money.
I recommend this tuba also for juniors to be a first instrument.
Thank you
Jukka
