High-Quality RH3 Keyboard from Japan

The D1 features a fully weighted keyboard with hammer action (RH3) that faithfully reproduces the touch of a grand piano, where the low notes are heavier and the high notes lighter. The touch and weighting feel so natural that you just want to keep playing.

Compact Housing

The entire housing design was rethought from the ground up, reducing its depth to only about 26 cm*. Despite its full-sized, weighted keyboard, the D1 remains highly portable and easy to carry in its own SC-D1 soft case (sold separately). The stylish ST-SV1 stand (sold separately) is the perfect complement for an elegant setup—on stage or at home.

The D1 includes a total of 30 expressive instrument sounds, from several piano types for classical, jazz, and pop, through electric piano, organ, and clavinet, to vibraphone, acoustic guitar, and strings.

Layered, Realistic Piano Sounds

To simulate the feel of an acoustic piano, the sound switches between four piano samples depending on the playing strength. From soft pianissimo to thunderous fortissimo, the sound responds precisely to the player’s touch. This way, the piano sounds deliver an authentic playing experience with realistic tone.

Authentic Electric Piano Sounds

The electric piano sounds not only reproduce tonal differences with varying touch dynamics but also the noises when releasing the keys. The six electric piano variations in the D1 cover a wide range of popular electric piano tones, including typical sounds from 60s and 70s pop and soul music.
