The active speakers of the Economy series are the perfect all-round speakers for semi-professional use. Besides the option to connect a microphone or a direct line signal, the active 2-way speakers can even play MP3 files from USB and SD as well as via Bluetooth®.

10" Speaker with 1.0" Compression Driver

The cones housed in the sturdy plastic enclosure are powered by the built-in amplifier with 100 watts output. By splitting the audio signal to the two speakers at 3.0 kHz, a clear, powerful sound with excellent presence is achieved.

Connection Options

The first of the two channels is equipped with an XLR and a jack socket, allowing both the use of line signals and direct operation with dynamic microphones. The second channel is for wired use of, e.g., laptop and MP3 player via RCA. The incoming signal on this channel can even be routed via an Aux output to another device.

Media Player and Bluetooth® Receiver

A handy feature for casual DJs and party hosts: the integrated media player plays music from USB sticks and SD cards, which can be controlled directly from the player and infrared remote control. The wireless option works via a Bluetooth® connection, allowing music to be streamed from smartphones and tablets to the speaker. Whether music is currently played from the media player or the Aux input can be selected with the MP3/AUX button.

Equalizer and Speaker Flange

An easy-to-use 2-band equalizer quickly and effectively adapts the speaker’s sound to the current environment. The zero positions of both controls have detents for easy return to the neutral setting. To mount the speaker on a conventional speaker stand, there is a 35 mm speaker flange with clamping screw on the bottom, which secures the speaker against accidental twisting.
