What happens if an article is defective? 

Should the case arise that an article is defective or does not work as you expect it to, please contact our customer service team. This ensures of the fastest possible replacement of your device or professional repair. Simply use the link to the Return Center at the bottom of this page.

We ask for your understanding that we can only arrange for an exchange or repair for actual defects. If no defects exist, we reserve the right to invoice our inspection expenses.

Registration of a Return or Complaint

To register your return, please send us an email with the following information to service@kirstein.de

  • Customer number or invoice number
  • Email Address
  • Contact person (if different)
  • Contact (how can we reach you with questions?)
  • Information on the articles that you want to return

Here you will find a simple form and have the ability to upload photos. As a registered customer, you can easily choose articles from past orders with one click and register a return or complaint. When you submit the form, you will receive an email with the transaction number and our service telephone number, as soon as we begin processing.
