With only a few details, you can here your return / revocation or your complaint to us. If you have a shop account, you can easily select items from your past orders.

- E-Mail adress
- Contact person (if different)
- Contact (how can we contact you if you have any questions?)
- Information about the items you want to return / claim
You will receive a message by e-mail from us, containing your transaction number, any additional information and a telephone contact.

What happens if an item is defective?
In the unlikely event that an item is defective or is not working as you expected, please contact our customer service team by clicking Return Item/Make a complaint button above. This allows us to deal with your request quickly either offering replacement or professional repair.
Please note we can only arrange for an exchange or repair for actual defects. If no defects exist, we reserve the right to invoice any incurred expenses.
