The New Generation of the World-Renowned UltraLite!
Fantastic Audio Quality
The UltraLite mk5 features the renowned ESS Sabre32 DAC technology with the ES9026PRO DAC, delivering a measured dynamic range of 125 dB and a THD + N of -114 dB. The fast drivers guarantee outstanding performance with extremely low latency.
Ultra-Low Latency
Optimized drivers for Mac and PC ensure performance with ultra-low latency. With a high-performance DAW like Digital Performer, the UltraLite mk5 offers an astonishing round-trip latency (RTL) of 2.4 ms over USB (at 96 kHz with a host buffer of 32 samples).
Built for Studio and Stage
The UltraLite mk5 comes in a compact steel housing you can take anywhere. It’s equally suited for studio and stage use, with or without a computer. Connect all your studio gear and produce cutting-edge recordings with your computer, or take it to your next gig to mix live without a computer.
40 Simultaneous Audio Channels
As an interface or mixer, the UltraLite mk5 offers 18 inputs and 22 outputs for a total of 40 independent I/O channels simultaneously. It features 2 mic/line/instrument inputs, 6 line inputs, 10 line outputs, headphone output, and optical 8-channel I/O. The optical ports also support stereo TOSLink (optical S/PDIF) as an alternative.
iOS Compatibility
The UltraLite mk5 is USB Class Compliant and offers plug-and-play compatibility with iPad and other Apple iOS devices. Record directly on your iPad on the go or play backing tracks during a performance, perfectly mixed with your live inputs via the UltraLite mk5’s built-in mixer. Control everything with the CueMix 5 app on your iPad.
Loopback
The UltraLite mk5 provides loopback channels for your host computer or iOS device, allowing you to conveniently route computer output together with a mix of live inputs from the UltraLite mk5 back to the computer. You can then record this or stream live online. Streaming and podcasting have never been easier—or sounded better!
Condenser Microphone for Studio Recordings
The new Pronomic CM-22 is a professional large-diaphragm microphone ideal for demanding studio applications. Its FET technology (field-effect transistor) offers high-quality signal transmission on a fully analog basis, delivering a silky warm sound and making it the first choice in the studio for recording vocals and acoustic instruments such as guitar, strings, or drums. The gold-sputtered 1.25" diaphragm and FET preamp provide a balanced, wide frequency range with low self-noise, while the cardioid polar pattern remains stable across the frequency range, making the CM-22 a true all-rounder for numerous applications. The CM-22 comes with a high-quality shock mount (5/8" thread) and a carrying case.
Comfortable Stereo Headphones
The KH-238 delivers a full, balanced sound with rich bass and clear highs. It offers plenty of volume yet precise and clear stereo imaging. The softly padded, wide headband is length-adjustable with 12 steps per side for an optimal fit. For even more comfort, the ear cups rotate on two axes. The thick, soft padding of the circumaural ear cups also provides good external noise isolation. The integrated volume control on the cable is always within reach, simplifying use with a PC or mp3 player. The 3.5 mm stereo jack offers excellent transmission quality, and a 6.3 mm stereo adapter is also included.
Microphone Arm
Made entirely of metal, the McGrey microphone arm offers stable handling at a reasonable price. The arm fits into the robust desk clamp and can be secured against twisting. The foam rubber insert on the clamp protects the desk surface from unsightly scratches. Four springs reliably hold your microphone in place while allowing individual adjustments. This way, you can count on consistent vocal quality while enjoying full flexibility in microphone positioning. The 3/8" thread fits all common microphone clamps and shock mounts; a reducer thread and a mic clamp are included for immediate use.
Professional XLR Cable
The Pronomic Stage Pro-Line cables stand for clean audio transmission and durable components. The high-quality connectors and the flexible yet robust outer jacket are stage-ready and won’t let you down in demanding situations. Only oxygen-free copper is used for the Stage Pro-Line cables, ensuring long-lasting, consistent quality and corrosion protection. The connectors are hand-soldered and feature strain relief with a clamping sleeve, keeping solder joints free from mechanical stress. A high-density copper shield effectively protects the audio signal from handling noise and electromagnetic interference, such as from power supplies and power cables. This guarantees low conductor capacitance and crystal-clear audio transmission.
