Professional Condenser Microphone for Studio Recordings!
The new Pronomic CM-22 is a professional large-diaphragm microphone perfectly suited for demanding studio applications. The FET technology (field-effect transistor) provides high-quality signal transmission on a fully analog basis, delivers a silky warm sound, and is therefore the first choice in the studio for recording vocals and acoustic instruments such as guitar, strings, or drums.
High-Quality Recording
The gold-coated 1.25" diaphragm and FET preamp ensure a balanced, wide frequency range with simultaneously low self-noise – an absolute must for professional recordings! The cardioid polar pattern stable across the entire frequency range makes the CM-22 a true all-rounder for numerous applications. Especially when used with a second CM-22 as a stereo pair, it offers the possibility of high-quality stereo recordings (drum overheads, classical or traditional ensembles, radio plays, ambience, etc.).
The CM-22 comes with a high-quality shock mount (5/8" thread) and a carrying case.
What Can I Connect the CM-22 To?
As a condenser microphone, the CM-22 absolutely requires an XLR connection with preamp and 48V phantom power, such as a mixer or an audio interface. It is NOT suitable for direct connection to a computer.

In the test, the Pronomic sounded freer, more open, almost more transparent than the Rode NTV-A1, which sounded so compact that I thought about processing it with a compressor. For hours I would not want to listen to the sound of the Rode. But the Pronomic CM-22 sounds much freer and more natural, even if somewhat "colored".
A Lewitt LCT 140 AIR serves as a direct comparison to the CM-22.
The Lewitt reproduces the acoustic guitar very naturally, but also sensitively, each tone is unadulterated. The correct position for recording (distance 30 cm, 12 fret aimed), is almost like a directional microphone.
With the CM-22, I particularly like this beautiful, free "room sound". It also forgives playing errors better, which the Lewitt reveals unaltered. The gain setting can be set higher on the CM-22.
As a sonically very interesting variation for the recording of acoustic instruments and with regard to the price, the CM-22 is a successful, convincing buy recommendation. I personally find the lightness in the recordings and the spatial imaging very good.
A praise still to the Kirstein team:
Shortly after my order, the Pronomic CM-22 was lowered in price. A short notice on my part was enough, and I already had the refund on my account! That is very customer-friendly!

For little money good quality.
Questions about product
Question by Rochelt on 18.01.2026
I received my order on Saturday, January 19, 2026, with delivery note number 2026-2287220. I am new to this field and completely inexperienced with the technology. Are there user manuals for the Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 00098490 and the microphone 00024536?
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
You can find operating instructions for the interface here: https://fael-downloads-prod.focusrite.com/customer/prod/downloads/scarlett_4i4_4th_gen_user_guide_v1.1-pdf-de.pdf
There is no user manual for the microphone. The only thing you need to bear in mind with the microphone is that it requires 48V phantom power to operate. You can activate this on your interface.
