The DXS15 MkII is the new member of Yamaha's DXS series. Deep frequencies down to just 40 Hz and a maximum sound pressure level of 135 dB are its hallmarks. The optimized bandpass design and state-of-the-art DSP processor deliver extremely high, distortion-free output.

The DXS range features a completely redesigned bandpass cabinet that produces extremely high sound pressure levels with a significantly reduced tendency to distort. The custom low-frequency driver with exceptional damping accurately conveys the raw power of the highly efficient 1020W Class-D power amp.

Yamaha's impressive DSP technologies are cleverly used to precisely tune the filters and provide perfect control over the low end. They also enable high-grade protection features that ensure all components can reach their full potential. With another refined DSP function called D-XSUB, you can choose between the bass settings NORMAL, BOOST and XTENDED LF. In NORMAL mode the bass response is perfectly balanced, while in BOOST mode it sounds tighter and more precise. In EXTENDED-LF mode the low end is extended downward, creating a massive foundation.
