XDrum DD-460P E-Drum Kit Home Set

Small Footprint, Big Sound Fun!

Why shouldn't beginners demand quality too? The DD-460 from XDrum offers high-quality multi-layer sounds, mesh head pads, cymbals with choke function - and all of that in a compact setup.

Velocity-Sensitive Pads

Like an acoustic drum kit, the digital drum set responds to the drummer's strike intensity. As you hit harder, not only does the volume change, but the sound evolves just like on an acoustic kit. All "acoustic" sounds have two sample layers, so, for example, a tom's attack grows with volume. The hi-hat sounds even have 3 layers (closed, half-open and open). All cymbal pads feature a "cymbal choke" function: you can stop the sound immediately with your hand after striking.

Mesh Heads

The special woven heads are ideal for e-drums and provide an extremely authentic response. Compared to conventional rubber pads, mesh heads deliver an unmatched playing feel and realistic rebound. The trigger signal is transferred optimally to the sound module, enabling nuanced, articulate playing. The XDrum DD-460 comes with three 8" tom pads and one 8" snare pad.

Module Features

A total of 30 preset kits give you a quick and practical selection of sounds covering everything from rock/pop to percussion and electronic tones. Each of these 30 drum kits can be customized to your needs. The metronome helps you lock in your timing, while the built-in songs let you unleash your emotions. If the onboard songs don't suit your taste, you can connect your smartphone or tablet to the module via the aux input and play along with your own personal mix.

Special Features of the DD-460P

Unlike the 460C, the 460P has a kick pad with a foot pedal that can be adjusted to your preferences. With an optional double pedal, thunderous double-bass drumming is no problem. The snare pad offers two different sounds (head and rim), and the hoop even has a rubber ring to protect your sticks. In addition, the snare pad is mounted on an L-rod with an extra joint, making the pad easier to position. All cymbal pads can be muted by hand.

Headphones

The Pronomic KH-900 is a professional stereo headphone that combines excellent sound characteristics with top comfort at a budget-friendly price. The soft, wide synthetic-leather headband automatically adapts to head size and ensures a comfortable fit. The KH-900 offers a wide frequency range from 15 to 25,000 Hz, delivering balanced, nuanced sound with brilliant, clear highs and precise, full bass. With a low impedance of only 32 ohm, the KH-900 already delivers powerful sound and sufficient headroom on very low-power headphone outputs, such as MP3 players or smartphones. The 3.5 mm stereo jack plug provides excellent transmission characteristics. A 6.3 mm stereo jack adapter is also included.

Drum Throne

This throne features a round seat (Ø 28 cm) in a leather-look finish and stands on three non-slip rubber feet. The 28 cm seat diameter is equipped with 4 cm thick padding, allowing comfortable sitting even for longer periods. The throne can be adjusted unusually low, making it especially suitable for very young drummers.

Course

The "Beginner" course from drumfreaks.de, in the Kirstein edition, covers the most important fundamentals of drumming. It starts with the correct stick grip and ends with your first real grooves. Detailed videos accompany you on the path to becoming a drummer.

Sticks

The XDrum sticks offer comfortable playability and excellent tonal properties at an incredible price. Their grippy surface prevents annoying slipping while the extra-hard wood ensures long durability.
