Velocity-Sensitive Pads

Like an acoustic drum kit, the digital drums respond to the drummer’s playing intensity. With increasing strike strength, not only the volume changes, but also the sound. All “acoustic” sounds have two sample layers, so for example, the attack of a tom increases with volume. The hi-hat sounds even have 3 layers (closed, half-open, and open). All cymbal pads feature a “cymbal choke” function: you can stop the sound immediately with your hand after striking.

Mesh Heads

These special woven heads are ideal for e-drums and offer an extremely authentic response. Compared to conventional rubber pads, mesh heads deliver an incomparable playing feel and realistic rebound. The trigger signal is optimally transmitted to the sound module, ensuring nuanced, accented play. The XDrum DD-460 provides three tom pads and one snare pad, each with an 8-inch diameter.

Module Features

A total of 25 predefined kits give you a quick and practical selection of sounds, covering everything from rock/pop to percussion and electronic tones. The metronome helps you lock in your timing while the built-in songs let your emotions run free. If the onboard songs don’t suit your taste, you can connect your smartphone or tablet to the module via the aux input and play along to your personal mix.

Special Features of the DD-460P

Unlike the 460C, the 460P includes a kick pad with a bass drum pedal that can be individually adjusted to your needs. With an optional double bass pedal, thunderous double bass drumming is no problem. The snare pad offers two different sounds (head and rim), and the hoop even has a rubber ring to protect your sticks. Additionally, the snare pad is mounted on an L-rod with an extra joint, making it easier to position the pad. All cymbal pads can be stopped by hand.

Drum Stool

This stool features a round seat (Ø 28 cm) with leather-look upholstery and stands on three non-slip rubber feet. The 28 cm diameter seat is padded 4 cm thick, allowing comfortable sitting even for longer periods. The stool can be adjusted unusually low, making it especially suitable for very young drummers. With a removable seat and foldable legs, this seat is quick and easy to transport.

Headphones

The soft, wide synthetic leather headband of the Pronomic Studio Headphones automatically adjusts to head size, ensuring a comfortable fit. For long wearing times, the large, over-ear ear cups are super-softly padded to avoid excessive pressure. Maximum comfort is rounded off by the one-sided cable feed, preventing unwanted cable tangles. The KH-900 features a wide frequency range from 15 to 25,000 Hz, delivering balanced, nuanced sound with brilliant, clear highs and precise, rich bass. Thanks to the uncolored midrange reproduction, these comfort headphones are ideal for ambitious hi-fi enjoyment in the studio as well as for playing instruments like digital pianos or e-drums. With a low impedance of only 32 ohms, the KH-900 performs impressively even on very low-power headphone outputs, such as MP3 players or smartphones, with powerful sound and ample headroom.
