The Yamaha CLP-835 is a digital piano that fully responds to the player’s touch. Grand Expression Modeling reproduces the wide range of tonal variations created by the different force and speed when pressing and releasing the keys. This enables a more comprehensive playing experience that helps pianists develop genuine expressive skills.

Yamaha uses samples from two world-class concert grands: the bright, brilliant voice of the Yamaha CFX and the warm, deep resonance of the Bösendorfer Imperial. The unique tones of these pianos feature rich overtones and lively resonances produced by the vibrations of the strings and soundboard, reacting authentically to articulation and pedal use. With an even greater range of dynamic expression, Clavinova pianos offer richer tonal nuances than ever before.

The rhythm function adds more fun and swing to simple performances, while the audio recording feature allows you to listen to favorite performances on a computer or other device. Additionally, the built-in volume limiter prevents unwanted volume spikes.
