Rich Sound and Vibrant Colors!
Top-notch sound and striking visuals - the XDrum Design Series delivers powerful bass and crisp snare sounds. The crate look with its eye-catching printed front draws plenty of envious glances. The lower half of the front plate is glued, the upper half is screwed. The cajon with bass port offers optimal seating comfort at a seat height of 49 cm while remaining highly playable.
Design
The side-mounted slats and the wood-look in a light shabby-chic style reference the instrument's origin: before cajons evolved into standalone instruments, banana crates were used as drum substitutes. The ultimate eye-catcher is the printed front plate, which keeps the cajon in the spotlight even during breaks.
Bass Port
A permanently integrated bass-reflex tunnel delivers a dominant bass sound while the snare tones still come through convincingly.
Printed Front Plate
The front plate not only looks unique, it sounds great too. The upper half is screwed rather than glued, allowing fine-tuning of the clap corners and thus of the overall tone.
Snare Effect
To refine hits at the upper edge, a 20-spiral snare mat is installed inside that vibrates with each strike and provides the typical tonal coloration.
