Practical Mount for Cajons!
Mounting a microphone directly on the cajon (instead of on a separate stand) offers the great advantage of a consistent sound. No matter how you tilt and slide your box, the mic stays firmly in place.
The Pronomic microphone mount is simply attached using hook-and-loop tape (which is first stuck onto the cajon). This allows the mount to be quickly attached and removed, and prevents annoying noise interference while playing. A total of 3 hook-and-loop strips are included.
With a single screw, both the angle and the distance of the microphone to the cajon can be steplessly adjusted. The 3/8" thread fits all common mic clamps and is thus universally compatible.
