The tuba is made entirely of brass; the slides are manufactured from nickel silver. The bell diameter is 380 mm, and the conical bore measures 19.5 - 21.5 mm.

6 Valves (Arrangement 4+2) - Hands Full of Action!

The Lechgold FT-25/6 Ambition scores with 6 ergonomically arranged valves (4R + 2L), with the 5th and 6th valves offset.

The valve assembly is fitted with Minibal joints, guaranteeing perfect and reliable valve action. Developed in 1994 by Martin Seibold in Dietramszell in Upper Bavaria, the Minibal joint ensures precise, reliable and silent movement of rotary valves! The patented ball joint has proven itself over the past 30 years and is appreciated by musicians from amateurs to professionals!
