F-Tuba With 5 Valves (4R + 1L) From the Josef Lidl Moldau Series!

On the occasion of the company's 130th anniversary, Josef Lidl presents its "Moldau" tuba series — naturally inspired by Bedrich Smetana's famous symphonic poem, which combines powerful music and timeless beauty. Just like the Josef Lidl tubas in this series, these instruments will be heard both in wind orchestras and in small ensembles.

The Josef Lidl F-Tuba Moldau LFB 654-5M, built in 4/4 size, is made of brass and impresses with its manageability and a lightweight design of just 7.15 kg. The gold-brass leadpipe provides an easy, centered response and gives the tuba a warm, robust, and carrying tone.

On this model, the 5th valve is operated with the left hand (unlike other Moldau models where it is pressed with the right thumb). The trigger for the 2nd valve slide is also operated with the left hand.

Easy Playing Thanks to High-Quality Components

The aesthetic and ergonomic design of the finger plates, combined with the adjustable thumb ring, allows each player to find an individual, optimal right-hand position and ensures maximum playing comfort.

The valve cluster is equipped with Minibal joints, guaranteeing a perfect and reliable valve action. The water key is mounted on the main tuning slide.

The tuba is delivered with a mouthpiece and care accessories, and of course in a custom-fit gig bag.
