The S.E. Shires TBQ36GR is a professional bass trombone (bass trombone) in Bb/F/Gb with a .562" bore (14.27 mm) and a large 9.5" bell (241.3 mm). The two-piece brass bell with a soldered rim is engineered for projection and stability - producing a centered tonal image across all registers. The independent F/Gb rotary valves support secure valve positioning without sacrificing comfort or clarity.

Bell & Tone Character

The two-piece brass bell (Yellow Brass = brass) in a medium-weight design delivers a defined core with controlled spread. The soldered rim provides additional structural stability and supports a carrying, focused bass-trombone tone - ideal for orchestra, symphonic band, big band and studio.

Valve System: Independent F/Gb Rotary
