The bass trombone is tuned in Bb. Engaging the first of the two inline valves, the quart valve, yields F; engaging the second valve, the third valve, yields Gb; and engaging both valves together yields D. The bell diameter measures 241 mm, and the bore is 14.28 mm.
Tone Quality
By using top-quality materials, Lechgold instruments impress with an outstanding tonal character across all registers. Easy response and flawless intonation form the foundation for genuine playing enjoyment.
Tradition, Innovation & Passion
Lechgold's philosophy is to craft unique instruments at an affordable price. The company relies on traditional workmanship just as much as on the latest manufacturing techniques. Selected materials and consistently high quality make Lechgold instruments popular with every brass musician.
