Trombone
The bass trombone is pitched in Bb. If you engage the first of the two inline valves, the quart valve, you obtain F; engaging the second valve, the terz valve, gives Gb; and engaging both valves together yields D. The diameter of the bell is 241 mm, the bore measures 14,28 mm.
