The Rocktile CL-118 is a compact clip tuner suitable for tuning many instrument groups. Besides the chromatic mode, the CL-118 can be set to guitar, bass, violin, and ukulele. For ukuleles, even two different tuning modes are available.
Easy Operation
With just one control button, the tuner can be operated intuitively and easily. A clear quick-start guide is also included for fast setup.
Illuminated Display
The clip tuner uses the "Chromatic" setting as standard, where the played note and exact tuning are displayed. A graphic with 11 segments shows precise tuning down to the cent. When perfectly tuned, the display switches from blue to green - allowing correct tuning "out of the corner of your eye."
Tuning Modes
Besides the "C" setting, which recognizes all notes, the CL-118 also offers modes "G" (guitar), "B" (bass), "V" (violin), as well as "Uc" and "Ud". These settings show not only the played notes but also the string to be tuned. The "Ud" setting displays the notes to tune if the ukulele is tuned one whole step higher.
Wide Tuning Range
The CL-118 recognizes notes from A0 (27.5 Hz) to C8 (4186 Hz) - it easily handles even low-tuned 5-string basses.
