The Omnitronic UHF-602 wireless microphone system is a very solid solution for the dedicated hobby musician: it includes two wireless microphones, operates in frequency ranges that are largely license- and fee-free across Europe, and delivers good range and tone control (via a 7-band EQ) — ideal if you want to record vocals or host spoken-word in your practice room or a small to medium studio setup.
Reception And Frequency Technology
The receiver uses True-Diversity technology, which means two reception paths run in parallel to minimize dropouts. Additionally, up to 24 transmitters can be operated simultaneously across the two bands — more than enough for many applications.
Sound And Control Features
A notable feature: the receiver includes an integrated 7-band equalizer that lets you actively shape the sound — handy if your practice room has acoustic quirks or you record different voices. Also: a multicolor TFT display on the receiver, user-selectable colors to distinguish channels, and a lock function to prevent accidental changes.
Microphones & Equipment
The two supplied microphones feature a cardioid polar pattern — well suited for vocals or spoken presentation because they reduce ambient noise.
