Big Knob Studio

Mackie's Big Knob Studio combines premium Onyx preamps and 192 kHz/24-bit converters with the flexible source selection and monitor switching of the well-known original. With smart features like the built-in talkback and the additional input for smartphones, the Big Knob Studio is the perfect compact solution for the studio.

Premium Onyx Recording / Playback

Both the Big Knob Studio and the Big Knob Studio + offer a high-resolution USB interface with up to 96 kHz resolution. They feature two Onyx mic preamps that provide an extremely wide gain range of 60 dB and award-winning sound quality.

Condenser Microphone for Studio Recordings

The new Pronomic CM-22 is a professional large-diaphragm microphone ideally suited for demanding studio applications. The used FET technology (field-effect transistor) offers high-quality signal transmission on a fully analog basis, delivers a silky warm sound, and is thus the first choice in the studio for recording vocals and acoustic instruments such as guitar, strings, or drums. The gold-coated 1.25" diaphragm and the FET preamp ensure a balanced, wide frequency range with simultaneously low self-noise, and the cardioid polar pattern stable across the entire frequency range makes the CM-22 a true all-rounder for numerous applications. The CM-22 comes with a high-quality microphone shock mount (5/8" thread) and a carrying case.

Headphones

The Pronomic KH-900 is a professional stereo headphone that combines excellent sound characteristics with maximum wearing comfort at a budget-friendly price. The soft, wide synthetic leather headband automatically adjusts to the head size, ensuring a comfortable fit. The KH-900 features a wide frequency range from 15 to 25,000 Hz, delivering balanced, nuanced sound with brilliant, clear highs and precise, rich bass. Thanks to the low impedance of only 32 ohms, the KH-900 can already impress with powerful sound and sufficient power reserves even on very low-powered headphone outputs, such as MP3 players or smartphones. The 3.5 mm stereo jack plug provides excellent transmission quality. A 6.3 mm stereo jack adapter is also included.

Microphone Arm

Made entirely of metal, the McGrey microphone arm offers stable handling at a reasonable price. The arm is inserted into the robust desk clamp and can be secured against twisting. The foam rubber insert in the clamp protects the desk surface from unsightly scratches. A total of 4 springs reliably hold your microphone in place while allowing individual adjustments. This way, you can rely on consistent speech quality while having full flexibility in microphone positioning. The 3/8" thread fits all common microphone clamps and shock mounts; a reducer thread and a mic clamp are also included for immediate use.

Professional XLR Cable

Pronomic Stage Pro-Line cables stand for clean audio transmission and durable components. The high-quality connectors and the flexible yet robust outer jacket are absolutely stage-ready and won’t let you down even in demanding situations. Only oxygen-free copper is used for the Stage Pro-Line cables. This ensures long-lasting, consistent quality and protects against corrosion. The connectors are hand-soldered and feature strain relief with clamping sleeves, so the solder joints are free from mechanical stress. A high-density copper shield effectively protects the audio signal from impact noise and electromagnetic interference, such as from power supplies and power cables.
