Pronomic C-212 MA 12" Active Speaker 2000 Watt Stereo Set

We were looking for smaller active speakers for gigs with fewer guests. The search wasn't easy, as there is a wide variety of products on the market. During my search, I came across the Pronomic C-212 MA from Musikhaus Kirstein. The technical specifications and price were promising. On Sunday, I ordered the pair of active speakers, two protective covers, and two XLR cables. The delivery arrived the following Tuesday via DPD. One drawback: the boxes were left at my neighbor's door (it's not good when delivery drivers can't read names). Nevertheless, kudos to Kirstein for the prompt delivery. At home, I didn't have the opportunity to test the XLR inputs, so I did the first test via Bluetooth with my smartphone. Wow! What dynamics, power, and sound came my way. I hadn't expected that! In this price range, I would have expected at least 25% less in all respects. These speakers are simply great and highly recommended. Even at maximum volume, the bass is still clear (amazing for 12"), the highs are brilliant, and the mids are balanced without any distortion. I definitely recommend buying them. Now for a few drawbacks, but don't let them deter you from buying:
1. Unfortunately, you can't get a stereo signal to both speakers via Bluetooth. If it does work somehow, it's not clear from the manual. This is actually irrelevant when using a band, as you always have a mixing console for such purposes. 2. The protective covers lack an upper, central recess to access the upper transport handle, which would make transport much easier.
3. The included power cables are a joke, with a length of only about 1 m. If you have the speakers on a tripod, the 230V extension connector hangs in the air. This is a shame, as for an extra charge of about €5, they could certainly include a cable of at least 2 m.

I decided to buy these active speakers ("C-212 MA12") because I was already convinced of the quality when reading the description. For "little" money, you get a lot of boom and sound. Because of the different settings you are quite flexible and can adapt to all circumstances. The settings are (for me anyway) self-explainairy - self-explanatory and quite uncomplicated. The processing and quality leaves nothing to be desired for me, very robust and not too bulky. About packaging and shipping I will write here nothing, this is probably rather secondary to judge and helps no one in the purchase decision. My conclusion: here the price-performance is right in any case.

For sound reinforcement of audience optimally suitable, also because no other amplifiers are needed. The basses are extremely powerful in the 12 version. However, a permanent noise would be worth mentioning in a quiet environment. This can be drowned out by ambient noise (or music playback) but quite well.

The stable and robust construction is optimal. Flexible use, also as a monitor. With DSP and sufficient connection options as well as Bluetooth, you are well equipped.
In the price range still rather unusual: PowerCon power connection - finally no more wobbly cold device connection - The PowerCon cables were included, ie you could start directly. All in all, a great set at a great price.
