Sound Quality And Microphone Preamps

The mono inputs in the LMC series feature high-quality microphone preamps with an enormous dynamic range of up to 130 dB and a bandwidth well below 10 Hz to over 200 kHz—resulting in crystal-clear, uncoloured sound. The central +48 V phantom power readies condenser microphones in seconds, and a switchable Low Cut helps clean up low frequencies in live situations.

EQ And Compressor Technology

All mono channels provide a 3-band EQ with semi-parametric mid control (British-style) as well as Low Cut and pan controls—ideal for professional tone shaping and quick adjustments. In addition, each mono channel includes an easy-to-use one-knob compressor with LED indicator, giving you studio-like control in live operation.
