Outstanding Sound Precision
The mono channels of the LMC-2642FX USB are equipped with low-noise microphone preamps that deliver an impressive dynamic range of up to 130 dB and cover a bandwidth from under 10 Hz to over 200 kHz — for precise, open sound reproduction. Thanks to the centrally switchable +48 V phantom power you're also well equipped for high-end condenser microphones, and the switchable low cut effectively removes the lowest frequencies.
British-Style EQ and Compressor
Each mono channel features a 3-band EQ with semi-parametric mid control in the classic British style — for musically warm tone and fast shaping. In addition, all mono channels include a one-knob compressor with a control LED that provides immediately audible dynamic control — ideal for live situations and quick setups.
Versatile Routing and Channel Variety
With 8 mono inputs and 4 stereo inputs (each with comprehensive EQ and routing options) the console offers a very flexible foundation. There are also 4 aux sends per channel (2 switchable pre/post-fader), 4 subgroups with dedicated faders and outputs, 4 stereo aux returns, and 8 direct outputs — perfect for demanding FOH setups, studio recordings, or hybrid applications.
Effects, USB Interface, and Live Features
The integrated 24-bit DSP with 16 editable effects (including tap function) expands your sound with reverbs, delays and modulation — controllable directly on the mixer. The USB audio interface (Type B, up to 48 kHz) enables direct recording and playback with a computer — perfect for streaming, podcasting, or archiving. Intelligent feedback detection makes live performances much easier and ensures reliable performance control.
Robust Construction and Compact Dimensions
The mixer is rack-mountable (10U) and, at approximately 7.2 kg, pleasantly light for mobile use. Total power consumption is only 50 W, so the unit can be operated easily even in energy-sensitive environments.
