The new Pronomic CM-22 is a professional large-diaphragm microphone perfectly suited for demanding studio applications. The used FET technology (field-effect transistor) offers high-quality signal transmission on a fully analog basis, delivers a silky warm sound, and is thus the first choice in the studio for recording vocals and acoustic instruments such as guitar, strings, or drums.

The gold-sputtered 1.25" diaphragm and FET preamp ensure a balanced, wide frequency range with simultaneously low self-noise – an absolute must for professional recordings! The cardioid pattern stable across the entire frequency range makes the CM-22 a true all-rounder for numerous applications. Especially the use with a second CM-22 as a stereo pair offers the possibility of high-quality stereo recordings (drum overheads, classical or traditional ensembles, radio plays, atmospheres, etc.).
The CM-22 comes with a high-quality shock mount (5/8" thread) and a carrying case.
What Can I Connect the CM-22 To?
As a condenser microphone, the CM-22 absolutely requires an XLR connection with preamp and 48V phantom power, such as a mixer or audio interface. It is NOT suitable for direct connection to a computer.
