50 W Fresnel Spotlight With 3,000 Kelvin and Barn Doors!
With the KL series, Elation introduces high-quality LED-based Fresnel units. The abbreviation KL stands for Key Light, as the Fresnels — equipped with a premium LED engine — deliver a stable color temperature of either 3,000 or 5,600 Kelvin and a color rendering index of up to 97, combining all the qualities required for a primary light source.
The KL models offer comparable professional features, such as a stepless zoom of around 11°-57° (varies by model). The zoom range on the KL Fresnel 4" and KL Fresnel 6" variants can be adjusted manually on the fixture. The KL series' professional pedigree is emphasized by perfectly smooth 16-bit dimming. Depending on the application, users can optionally adjust dimmer mode, dimmer curve, and dimmer delay. In addition, the PWM frequency is selectable so that KL series fixtures can optionally be matched to TV cameras.
All fixtures feature 5-pin XLR connectors for the DMX signal; the KL Fresnel 6 and KL Fresnel 8 variants also include 3-pin XLR connectors. Power is supplied flexibly via powerIP input and output. All settings are made on the LCD display via the convenient menu system. An 8-leaf barn door and a color filter frame are included with all eight models.
