Fluorescent tubes, commonly known as neon tubes, are found today almost everywhere in our daily environment—offices, warehouses, workshops, etc. Because a neon tube draws a lot of power when switched on and it also takes a long time to reach full light output, they are completely unsuitable for short-term use. On top of that, they are filled with environmentally harmful gases and mercury, which makes disposal cumbersome. Regular replacement intervals also lead to additional maintenance costs.
Why Showlite LED Fluorescent Tubes Are the Better Choice!
Showlite LEDs light up without delay. They are resistant to frequent switching on and off. The flicker and slow warm-up you get with conventional neon tubes are eliminated with Showlite LED tubes.
With an extremely long lifespan of more than 50,000 hours, replacement intervals—and thus maintenance costs—are reduced considerably. That also protects the environment, since the lifespan far exceeds that of conventional neon tubes. The evenly bright, flicker- and glare-free light does not cause fatigue even after long periods of use.
New Energy Label 2021
Since September 2021 the new energy label also applies to lamps; it no longer uses classes like "A+++" but ranges from "A" to "G". Note that no current device reaches the "A" or "B" classes. The classifications were deliberately redesigned with a view to the future so they will still be practical in ten years' time.
This means devices rated "F" are comparable to the old "A+" class. Of course, the actual power consumption of the devices has not increased as a result.
Easily Replace Existing Neon Tubes!
Each tube is supplied with an LED starter, so installation in standard fittings is straightforward. During installation you only need to replace the existing starter with the supplied one. An installation guide is included.

The daylight white tone is particularly suitable for providing excellent lighting in workrooms, offices, basements, garages and storage areas.
With the Showlite LED fluorescent tube you can achieve the following energy savings compared to standard fluorescent tubes; the exact value depends on the ballast used:
