What's So Bad About Neon Tubes?
Fluorescent tubes, often called neon tubes, are now found almost everywhere in our daily surroundings—offices, warehouses, workshops, etc. While they do offer advantages over standard incandescent bulbs, they also have drawbacks, such as high energy costs and long startup times before they reach full light output.
On top of that, they're filled with environmentally harmful gases and mercury, which makes disposal cumbersome. Regular replacement intervals also incur additional maintenance costs.
Why Showlite LED Fluorescent Tubes Are the Better Choice!
Showlite LEDs light instantly with no start delay. They tolerate frequent switching without issue. Flicker and the slow ramp-up typical of conventional neon tubes are eliminated with the Showlite LED tubes.
With the extremely long lifespan of more than 50,000 hours, replacement intervals—and thus maintenance costs—are significantly reduced. This also benefits the environment, since the lifetime far exceeds that of conventional neon tubes. The uniformly bright, flicker- and glare-free light does not cause fatigue even after long periods of use.
New Energy Label 2021
Since September 2021 the new energy label also applies to light sources; it no longer uses classes like "A+++" but ranges from "A" to "G". Note that no current device reaches the "A" or "B" classes. These new classifications were deliberately designed with the future in mind so they remain practical even in ten years' time.
This means devices with an energy efficiency class "F" are comparable to the old "A+" class. Of course, the actual power consumption of the devices has not increased.
Easy Swap for Existing Neon Tubes!
Each tube is supplied with an LED starter, making installation into standard sockets straightforward. During installation, simply replace the existing starter with the supplied one. An installation guide is included.

The Daylight White tone is particularly suitable for providing excellent lighting conditions in workspaces, offices, basements, garages and storage rooms.
With the Showlite LED fluorescent tube, the following energy savings compared to standard fluorescent tubes can be achieved—the exact value depends on the ballast used:
