Velocity-Sensitive Pads

Like an acoustic drum kit, the digital drums respond to different playing techniques and the drummer’s strike intensity. All pads on the DD-530 are velocity-sensitive. Both the ride and crash cymbals have a "cymbal choke" function: you can stop the sound immediately after striking by hand.

Mesh Heads

The special woven heads are ideal for e-drums and offer an extremely authentic response. Compared to conventional rubber pads, mesh heads provide an unmatched playing feel and realistic rebound. The trigger signal is optimally transmitted to the sound module, ensuring nuanced, expressive playing. The XDrum DD-530 includes two 8-inch and two 10-inch drum pads with mesh heads.

Drumkits and Drum Sounds

Via the kit menu, you can choose from 45 drumkits to play on the pads. You can modify individual sounds and adjust pitch, volume, reverb, etc. 400 drum sounds, categorized into groups like acoustic snare, electronic snare, percussion, etc., guarantee maximum variety.

Learning Mode

In learning mode, you can practice snare and drum beats with or without accompaniment. You can record your practice sessions, have them evaluated, and play them back. All exercises are specially designed to train your speed, precision, and endurance and support your development of drum skills.

Drum Stool

The stool features a round seat with leather look and stands on three non-slip rubber feet. It can be comfortably height-adjusted via the robust precision spindle. With the removable seat and foldable legs, this seat is quick and easy to transport. Its double-braced legs also withstand tough demands and provide uncompromising stability.
