New Pads, New Configurations
Two new pad series improve playability and give V-Drums a fresh look. While the premium PD-10P and PD-12P feature chrome-plated hoops and reduced hotspots, the PD-8H and PD-10H focus on a robust, refined design. All kits also come with larger floor toms for a more natural playing feel.
Standard V-Pad Series
Durable plastic hoops with an embedded rubber rim and a sleek black finish provide a high-quality, reliable playing feel in 10" and 8" sizes.
Active Speaker
The KAM-12 not only delivers the familiar brilliant sound — the modern version even includes a Bluetooth receiver. The cabinet can be used upright, laid flat or mounted on a stand, and countless of these active boxes can be linked together. All controls and connections are conveniently accessible from the front — a musician-friendly design. The built-in amplifier powers the 12" speaker and the 3" tweeter with a total of 120 watts. That’s enough for a maximum SPL of a solid 120 dB. Plenty of power to provide a clear, undistorted monitor signal even beside an acoustic kit. The 3-band equalizer lets you tailor the sound to taste.
Hi-Hat Machine
With a stable steel baseplate and double-braced legs, this hi-hat machine stands rock-solid while the two large spikes ensure non-slip contact. The three legs with rubber feet can be rotated to integrate effortlessly into any drum setup (including double bass pedal setups). The double chain drive runs silently and allows stepless tension adjustment via a grippy thumbwheel. In addition to the memo-lock, the clutch and the angle adjuster for the hi-hat cymbals are built to professional standards. The low-mass tilter for the bottom cymbal uses three rubber pads to minimize contact and let the hi-hats' full sonic potential come through.
Bass Drum Pedal
This pedal with a double chain drive guarantees a consistent, powerful beat with optimal playing comfort. Extremely robust construction ensures long service life even under years of heavy use. With versatile adjustment options, the XDrum pedal adapts to any player and individual playing style. Spring tension and the beater travel can be fine-tuned for the perfect setup.
Drum Throne
The throne features a round, faux-leather seat and stands on three non-slip rubber feet. It can be easily height-adjusted via a robust precision spindle. With its removable seat top and foldable legs, this seat is quick and easy to transport. Thanks to its double-braced legs, it withstands heavy use and provides uncompromisingly stable support.
Comfortable Stereo Headphones
The KDJ-1000 delivers full, balanced sound with rich bass and clear highs. It offers substantial volume while still providing precise stereo imaging. Thanks to the low impedance, the KDJ-1000 can reach high volumes even from low-output sources. The soft padded, wide headband is length-adjustable. The entire headphone folds for compact storage. For mixing work the ear cups can rotate 180° to allow classic single-ear monitoring. The thick, soft padding of the circumaural cups also provides good external noise isolation.
Method Book
The "Beginner" method from drumfreaks.de includes, in the Kirstein edition, the essential basics of drumming. It starts with correct stick grip and progresses to the first real grooves. Detailed videos accompany you on the way to becoming a drummer.
