The Meinl Sonic Energy Sensory Handpan is crafted by hand with the utmost care and precision from high-quality stainless steel. This way, you can coax heavenly, spacious sounds from it. This Sensory Handpan has a diameter of 22" and is tuned to C# minor (A4/a' 432 Hz) with 9 notes. Anyone can play this instrument and create beautiful sounds even without prior knowledge, as all tones harmonize perfectly. The pleasantly deep fundamental tone in the center is surrounded by eight tone fields that produce a pure and soothing sound. On the underside of the Sensory Handpan are two sound holes pointing in opposite directions to deliver a realistic sound image to both the player and the listeners.
