With a total of 1200 sounds, all equipped with multisampling, the demanding pianist has a wide selection of tones to experiment with different tunings. From piano to strings, organ, and harpsichord: the GP-A 810 inspires your creativity with its possibilities. Thanks to multisampling technology, where each piano key has multiple samples, the GP-A 810 grand piano sets new standards in piano sound.

All sound samples are direct, original recordings from the integrated MP3 recorder. We deliberately avoided post-processing so you can get an unaltered impression of the GP-A 810’s sound quality.

Weighted Hammer Keyboard with Touch Point Simulation and Synthetic Ivory Surface

The weighted keyboard, touch point simulation, and triple sensor of the GP-A 810 authentically simulate the feel of an acoustic grand piano. The ivory-touch surface of the keys also provides an incredibly high-quality tactile experience. Thanks to touch sensitivity, the digital piano can be played like a classic concert grand. The keyboard’s dynamics can be adjusted in 6 levels via the touch function. To reliably protect the keyboard from dust, the GP-A 810 includes a keyboard cover.

256-Note Polyphony

The GP-A 810 can play up to 256 notes simultaneously, enabling the performance of pieces from various genres (classical, rock, pop, etc.) with stereo sound and simultaneous use of different voices.

Damper Resonance

The damper resonance function of the GP-A 810 reliably simulates the inner workings of an acoustic grand piano. Each pedaled key strike sounds with its natural resonance.

Bluetooth®

The easy-to-use Bluetooth® function allows you to stream your favorite songs from smartphone or tablet directly to the GP-A 810 and play them through the built-in speakers.

To further refine the piano sound, the digital piano features a master EQ plus 38 effects (11 reverbs, 12 choruses, and 15 other sound effects). This ensures the perfect sound for any mood or situation.

Accompaniment with 270 Styles and Chord Fingering Mode

To keep things exciting with the GP-A 810, a full band or orchestra is always ready to accompany the pianist. This is made possible by the integrated accompaniment system, which adapts independently to the chords played with the left hand. The Classic Cantabile digital piano offers 230 different styles across a wide variety of music genres.
Fingering refers to how chords are input to the accompaniment system. The GP-A 810 offers three options: Single Fingering, which allows playing a wide range of chords with just a few keys; Multifingering, where the accompaniment is controlled by specifying a full chord; and Full-Range, which recognizes chords not only in the left but across the entire keyboard range.

Layer and Split Functions

The "Layer" and "Split" functions allow you to comfortably overlay and combine two sounds, creating impressive soundscapes. The split function divides the keyboard so, for example, strings can be played with the left hand and piano sound with the right. The volume of each side can be adjusted separately.

Twinova Function

Designed for teachers and students, the Twinova function splits the keyboard and pedals into two halves, creating two independent keyboards ideal for advanced piano lessons or practice sessions at home. The pedals adapt accordingly: the left and right pedals act as sustain pedals for their respective sides, while the middle pedal extends sustain for the entire keyboard. This allows playing as if on two separate pianos with one instrument!

Wide Range of Connections with USB MP3 Player & Recorder

Another revolution is the wide range of connections and built-in MP3 recorder of the GP-A 810. The 6.3 mm jack microphone input also makes the grand piano attractive for entertainers. The integrated USB MP3 recorder allows direct recording to a USB stick. The highlight: vocals and keystrokes are saved in a stereo MP3 file. If no USB storage is connected, the internal recorder saves all recordings in MIDI format. This feature is perfect for assessing your piano playing progress.
The USB-to-host output allows connecting the digital grand piano to a computer. With an optional camera connection kit, iPads and iPhones can be conveniently connected to the digital piano, enabling seamless use of all apps, especially recording and learning apps.

Headphone Jacks, Line In and Line Out

The two 6.3 mm jack headphone outputs allow undisturbed practice. If headphones or the built-in hi-fi speakers do not meet your expectations, the stereo AUX output enables connection to a PA system or active speakers. To play along with songs from CD or smartphone, simply use the AUX IN inputs.

Tune and Transpose

The tune and transpose functions allow fine-tuning and transposing the instrument like a real grand piano, making it easy to adapt to different sound environments and ensembles.

Integrated Metronome

To always stay in time, the GP-A 810 features an integrated metronome covering tempos from 30 to 280 bpm and 14 different time signatures. The display shows the current time signature and beat count.

3 Pedals for Maximum Dynamics

Like a concert grand, the GP-A 810 offers 3 pedals to influence sound and dynamics: the soft pedal played with the left foot, the sostenuto pedal, and the damper pedal which lets notes ring out. The sostenuto pedal sustains already played notes longer. The soft pedal produces a softer sound.

Harmony

A special feature of the GP-A 810 is the harmony function, which adds various harmony notes to the tones played with the right hand. This enriches the played melody notes with harmonic overtones.

HiFi Speaker System with Preset EQ

For powerful sound, the GP-A 810 features a built-in stereo hi-fi speaker system, which can be tailored to your needs via the integrated equalizer with 6 presets. USB and AUX inputs as well as the Bluetooth® receiver also make playback of external sound sources a delight.

LC Display

The clearly readable LCD provides the best overview in every playing situation, showing the selected sound, metronome tempo, chosen time signature, and other useful information.

Auto Power Off
