XDrum’s accessory percussion offers you a wide range of tones for your cajon. With the attached Velcro strip, the accessory can be quickly mounted and removed.
Medium Castanet
The medium-sized castanet delivers a mid-level click sound, perfect as a classic castanet but also ideal as a substitute for claves and rim clicks. Conveniently, it can be played with hands or rods.
Cajon Mount for Add-On Percussion
The XDrum mount is probably the easiest way to attach additional percussion instruments to your drum box. Initially, a Velcro strip is glued once onto the cajon (don’t worry, it comes off without residue). From then on, the mounting plate is simply attached and removed via the Velcro connection. By the way, a foam rubber strip on the inside prevents wood-to-wood contact and ensures the plate doesn’t affect the cajon’s sound.
