Powerful and Dynamic Sound Right From the Ceiling!
The Pronomic CLS-880 is a high-quality coaxial in-ceiling speaker that can be easily mounted in ceilings, walls or vehicles. The deliberately understated 2-way speaker is ideal for living spaces and professional sound reinforcement in restaurants and museums. With thoughtful features such as the woven cone, integrated crossover and 3-step equalizer, this ceiling speaker clearly outperforms its competitors in this price range.
Excellent Sound and High-Quality Craftsmanship
With 320 Watts (Peak) the CLS-880 coaxial in-ceiling speaker provides more than enough volume to easily fill larger rooms. Thanks to its good frequency response, the 2-way speaker is also excellent as a HiFi speaker in the home living room. The durable, woven 8" (203 mm) cone and a 0.75" (19 mm) titanium dome tweeter deliver excellent signal resolution with an assertive and brilliant sound reproduction. Woven cones also withstand continuous heavy loads for a long time and reproduce tight, punchy bass with great transient fidelity. To adapt the speaker's sound to the room, the tweeter features an equalizer (-3 dB, 0, +3 dB). A true crossover network ensures a balanced and natural sound. The CLS-880 can be connected to conventional HiFi equipment via the screw terminals.
Compact Enclosure and Versatile Mounting Options
For easy and convenient installation the HiFi speaker already comes with the required quick locks/mounting clips and screws. The clips are especially practical because tightening the screws presses them against the installation surface for particularly secure retention. A template for marking the cut-out is included to make sawing the mounting hole child’s play. To ensure an unobtrusive overall appearance and protection against foreign objects, the CLS-880 is equipped with a frameless magnetic grille.
The Pronomic CLS-880 in-ceiling speaker is perfect for anyone who values high-quality workmanship, excellent sound quality and an unobtrusive design!
