The Professional Microphone Technology For Accordion and Harmonica!
Forget everything you've heard so far about miking accordions and Styrian accordions! Because now, with the HDS Pro.Micro, we can offer you an outstanding miking solution for stage musicians and semi-professionals. The result of years of intensive development in collaboration with experienced, well-known musicians, the HDS Pro.Micro guarantees an unprecedented sonic presence for your instrument — all with effortless, simple operation and 100% efficiency and operational reliability.
Why HDSmusic Built-In Microphones
The HDSmicro system uses specially selected condenser microphones. These capsules deliver an excellent frequency response. Sound pressure under the cover, even during the most forceful playing, is converted into a distortion-free, balanced sound.

The Harmonic Pickup Under The Cover
Up to 14 microphone capsules under the treble cover and between 4 and 6 capsules in the bass area provide a harmonic, wideband pickup of the accordion/harmonica's "sound body." This means the tone and timbral development are captured and amplified evenly. The audio signal is provided at LINE level (0 dB) for the speaker (PA). On request, the HDSmicro can also be installed as a 2-channel variant. The treble and bass pickups are then available as separate signals for mixing.
Resistant To Feedback
The HDSmicro is the built-in system with the highest possible feedback resistance. Inside the accordion there are, by design, few disturbing reflections that could lead to feedback. The characteristics of the directional microphones used, together with their individual equalizations, additionally prevent the risk of feeding back to the signal source. This makes achieving perfect sound pressure through the PA realistic. For the player, this means they don't have to adjust bellows pressure to reach the required acoustic loudness. They can play their music relaxed as usual and control volume via the mixer/PA.

Innovation And Design
HDSmusic has developed a unique vibration-damping system for the microphone capsules. The free-swinging capsule, suspended from the carrier board with hair-thin lead wires, provides structure-borne noise isolation. Noise and vibrations are absorbed so the natural instrument sound can be recorded and transmitted clearly and unobstructed.
Operational Reliability
HDSmusic technology uses high-quality DIN connectors from manufacturers such as Neutrik, Hirschmann, LEMO and Hyrose. The wiring inside the instrument as well as the control cable are manufactured in a certified German cable plant. Ultimately, the quality of the professional installation is guaranteed—training for this is provided at HDSmusic.

Versatile And Invisible
All HDSmusic systems can be retrofitted into all hand-pumped instruments and are therefore specially tailored to each instrument. With the control and adapter cable (6.3 mm jack) the system can be flexibly operated on any PA. To leave nothing to chance, the HDSmicro is powered by a dedicated power supply.
