This is not my first mallet in this size, but this time I received a product that was poorly finished. It wasn't filed properly at the top, was rough so you could get sporks and didn't stay upside down. When I complained about this, I was told that it was not made to stand on its head.

I always turn thick mallets upside down when they are not in use, as I work with different mallets at the same time.
So I had to grind down the poorly polished mallet by hand so that I could use it comfortably.

Otherwise it is very good, the leather does not rub off as quickly as with other mallets.

You can also use it to strike small singing bowls.

I highly recommend buying it, but other buyers may have the same problem and have to file it down with a large wooden file.

!_! Worse than the poor workmanship, I found the miserable communication with customer service. Unfortunately, I have often found this to be the case here.
You get the feeling that when there are problems with products, the response is not customer-friendly. !_!

Fine knocker for this price. Not a high-end finish, but does what it should.

My singing bowl (20 cm) is easy to rub (turn) with the mallet 23 x 7 cm (large)
