I am very satisfied with the sound, with keys, with additional functions as well as metronome, I can recommend Kirstein and this piano.

Great features, the construction was partly not well feasible. But it stands and is stable. Unfortunately, after a few days I have to notice that the piano swallows some keys and they do not sound as a result. I will continue to monitor it and otherwise have to contact customer service. Really a pity. With a friend of mine is exactly the same problem.

I liked everything, the research on the site, the comments. Well liked and also contributed to the purchase decision the comments of the Kirstein employees. Packed the device was very safe. Although the box was damaged, the contents have not taken any damage. The product itself meet my expectations.

I am absolutely satisfied with my order. So far I have not owned a stage piano or similar. However, it makes a good quality impression on me. Even after several weeks, I am very satisfied with my choice. For me as a beginner, only the included booklet "Piano School" does not offer sufficient explanations. With such a "starter package" it would be nicer if the included booklet would contain partly better explanations. These are very briefly formulated, so that I have many questions about them. Of course, this can not replace a lesson, but I expected something more from it.
The supplied headphones I find comfortable to wear, although I wear glasses and otherwise often have problems with headphones, because they press too much on the temples after a while, I have no problems with these.
Overall, I can definitely recommend the set, one should only not expect too much from the "piano school".

Packages arrived on time. The piano was very well packed. Despite damaged packaging, the piano had no scratches, dents or the like.
Assembly goes with some manual skill also very good alone. Only you have to know English, because the assembly instructions are not enclosed in German. Also, the number of screws has not been right and washers it could have been more. But as I said, assembly has worked well.

I haven't used all the possibilities yet, because for me only the classical piano version is important at the moment.

I got to my surprise the three packages on two different days, so I had time to build the pedalboard with substructure first in peace and place. Then the piano arrived, very well made, simple and understandable description. I was pleasantly surprised by the clean sound and the authentic feel of a concert grand piano.

My piano arrived quickly and well packaged. Assembly was very easy and the sound quality is good for a digital piano. Just a shame it doesn't have a lid so keep it safe after use.

Basically quite solid. When assembling the base it becomes clear that it is not so high quality overall. Since some screws could be asked but very much.
Otherwise, it does what it is supposed to do. Some keys are not so direct.

The piano is as described, the keys are heavy, many functions, I am satisfied with the piano. But DELIVERY!!! They changed the date of delivery three times and then stopped the truck two buildings away!! And wanted we to go there. Of course, we didn't but anyway they dont care about the clients.

The goods were very well packaged and everything arrived whole! Assembly was completed in less than 30 minutes. It would be advantageous to include an adapter for the headphones, as this would only cause unnecessary inconvenience. E-piano is very suitable for beginners and therefore recommendable. Attention the keys have no cover!

This piano is for my daughter and she is very happy with it.

Positive :
It is all easy to put together.
The touch of the keys is like an old-fashioned piano.
The stool is easily adjustable in height.
The adjustment options are nowhere near as good as an upright piano, but that's a good thing for beginners. (and even the adults understand it straight away :) )

Negative :
With the music stand mounted on the piano, you can't put it all the way up against the wall.

Good for beginners. Unfortunately, the keys are a bit stiff. The body (lid) around the piano would also be desirable to make it a little more "living room suitable". Unfortunately, I couldn't see this very well in the pictures.

I have fulfilled a childhood wish with this piano and want to learn to play the piano with it. I have been surprised because the furniture also has a very good quality. I work in the furniture industry and know that not visible side parts or edges are not painted, but on this furniture every side is neatly painted, there were no scratches and all screw holes fit perfectly. The piano itself has many features and (for me) a very good sound. I sit at it almost daily and practice or try my hand at it. The construction of the unit is difficult for a single woman. The feet of the piano substructure are unsuitable for a floor that is not quite level; you have to stabilize it with more shims. The music stand is weak; a music book and a piano lamp (clamp) make it bend backwards.

The digital piano is, as far as I can judge it in this short time as a former keyboard player, very good concerning velocity and sound. I have not yet tried out the other functions.

The included piano school is very helpful for beginners.

I don't think a Macbook has ever had a drive for it ???????????? I still haven't figured out how to connect this HUGE piano to my MacBook Pro from Apple. It fits together, is definitely enough for a child - and a little more. The instrument has a reasonable sound, the operation of the electronic component is simple.
The only drawback is the substructure, could be of higher quality. E.g. fit of 4 pre-drilled holes for mounting the instrument only the two on the left side, am still thinking about this to complain.

I got the piano but the bench, the headphones and the book are missing.

The stage piano arrived quite well packaged and was quickly assembled. For the price, everything is quite well made. The piano itself makes a quality impression. The music holder is unfortunately only cheap plastic but negligible. The piano itself plays great. The sound is very close to an analog piano. The pedals work as you would expect.
The stool is stable and adjustable in height. Maybe shouldn't have used white upholstery, even though it looks very classy. It won't look classy for long and you can't wash it.
All in all, the purchase for 500 euros was a good investment in the musical education of our daughter.

For the beginning of our children's "piano career" we decided to buy this item. This set includes everything necessary (except maybe a matching cover) to get started. What has also proven to be a very good feature for us is the twin function. So you can play the melodies with the child in alternation, to hear the differences out better.
The delivery was super fast (even if the two days were still incredibly long for the children).
As a small minus point I would rate the cushion of the chair. Apart from the fact that white for children is not the optimal color, but ok, we have deliberately chosen for themselves. On the upholstery remains every single fusel hanging ...

In general, I am very satisfied.
It looks very nice and also has a great sound and plays very well.
However, it is a pity that the headphones that are supplied do not fit without an adapter. I would not have expected that at just under 600 €.
