14 Different Sounds

The high-quality selection of 14 voices allows for varied melodic emphasis during play, creating diverse moods. The excellently sampled sounds offer a unique sonic experience in all their nuances. Whether grand piano, organ, or bass: the Steinmayer stage piano delivers the right sounds for every taste. In addition to the 14 melodic sounds, the P-60 also includes 61 drum sounds and other effect sounds.

Real Hammer Keyboard with Adjustable Touch Sensitivity

The P-60’s keyboard with real hammer action authentically simulates the feel of an acoustic piano with traditional mechanics. The keyboard is also touch-sensitive, meaning the tones sound louder or softer depending on how hard you press a key. Thanks to various settings ("Touch" = touch sensitivity), you can, for example, produce a relatively loud sound even with a gentle touch (setting "Soft"). This feature is especially helpful for the youngest piano beginners.

128-Note Polyphony

Full tonal range, even in the most complex piano passages, is guaranteed by the 128-note polyphony. This lets the stage piano play up to 128 tones simultaneously. Even in demanding and fast passages, the played tones sustain like on an acoustic piano. To help develop your skills quickly, the P-60 includes 321 learning melodies by classical composers.

The "Layer" and "Split" Functions

The P-60 lets you layer two voices – for example, strings and piano – combining them for a particularly impressive, full sound. "Split" allows playing two separate sounds "side by side." You can define the split point yourself. The right hand plays the preset sound, while the left hand is assigned a different sound via the "Split" button. This way, you can easily play strings with the left hand and piano with the right.

The "Tune" and "Transpose" Functions

Want to transpose the P-60 in semitone steps to easily play pieces in different keys? No problem with the transpose function! Additionally, the Steinmayer P-60 can be detuned in 1-cent steps via the extensive function menu, which is useful, for example, when playing with wind instruments.

Reverb and Additional Effects

To give the piano the right spatial ambiance, a reverb effect can be added via the reverb button. For more unusual tonal colors, chorus and delay effects are also available.

The P-60 as a "Twinova Piano"

Another feature of the P-60 is the ability to split the keyboard into two halves, effectively creating two small, independent piano keyboards side by side. Unlike "Split," where the keyboard is divided into two areas with different voices, the "Twinova" function creates two separate, independent keyboards with the same scales. You can then play on these two keyboards side by side like two small, independent pianos – a great feature for collaboration between, for example, music students and teachers!

Metronome

To help you keep the right beat and tempo while practicing, the P-60 includes a built-in metronome. Both tempo and volume can be adjusted as desired.

Recording Function

The recording function lets you record and playback your own playing. There are two memory slots with dedicated buttons. Great feature: while playing back one recording, you can overdub a second recording. This allows, for example, recording an accompaniment first and then playing the melody later. This feature is also perfect for assessing your piano progress.

Headphone Jack and Speaker System

The Steinmayer P-60 stage piano features a powerful 30-watt speaker system. These high-quality speakers deliver a dynamic, powerful sound. For silent practice, the piano can of course be played via the headphone output. To connect the P-60 to a recording device or amplifier system, a stereo output in RCA format is also included.

USB Audio/MIDI Interface

The built-in USB audio/MIDI interface allows you to connect the P-60 stage piano directly to your computer or MIDI sampler. This lets the piano be used as a master keyboard with all common sequencer programs. Additionally, the piano’s sound can be recorded directly on the computer.

Multifunctional LCD Display

To keep track of all functions and settings at all times, the Steinmayer P-60 stage piano features a high-contrast LCD display.

Auto Power-Off

With the Matching Stand, Your P-60 Becomes a Compact Digital Piano

The STP-60 stand offers a robust and stable base for your keyboard instrument. With this wooden stand, you upgrade your Steinmayer P-60 stage piano to a full-fledged digital piano. The P-60 is securely attached to the stand using the included screws.
The STP-60 WM stand also includes a 3-pedal unit, which connects to the stage piano via cable. Like an acoustic grand piano, you have three pedals to precisely influence the sound of the pieces you play. The soft pedal is on the left and, like the sostenuto pedal in the middle, is played with the left foot. The sustain pedal on the right is usually used most often. It lets all tones ring out, while the middle sostenuto pedal sustains only already played tones. The left soft pedal reduces the volume of struck tones and creates a softer sound.

Steinmayer piano benches offer not only a high-quality look but also premium features like sturdy legs with non-slip rubber feet, a smooth, precise spindle mechanism for height adjustment, and a durable, extra-large 55 x 32 cm comfortable seat covered in easy-care cord fabric. The cushion can be easily removed if needed. The solid wood construction ensures stable support and a load capacity of up to 120 kg.

High-Quality, Dynamic Headphones

The KH-238 delivers a full, balanced sound with rich bass, clear highs, and maximum wearing comfort. The softly padded, wide headband is adjustable in length with 12 steps per side for optimal fit. For even more comfort, the ear cups are mounted on two-axis pivots. The thick, soft padding of the circumaural cups also provides good external noise isolation.
The integrated volume control in the cable is always at hand, simplifying use with a PC or mp3 player. The 3.5 mm stereo jack plug offers excellent transmission quality, and a 6.3 mm stereo jack adapter is also included.
