The mic arm was supposed to replace the mic stand on my music stand - converted desk, space on 2 levels for 4 open A4 folders.
Attaching the mic arm turned out to be difficult, it was also more in the way than the mic stand, I have to rethink the whole thing, especially when a heavy condenser mic is attached, the structure is already very unstable.
Perfect mount

The springs are hard to put on but it holds even better. Very large & stable.

It doesn't let the heavy podcast mic starve on its long arm - in other words, it keeps its shape even when I clumsily touch it or handle it more roughly. That's what I wanted!
Nice product but no packaging and no "assembly" scheme.

The arm arrived in a cardboard box that was smashed and the holes were quickly filled in by Chronopost... No "assembly" diagram or explanations about the springs, two in particular that require the Hulk's strength to be correctly positioned... It's not because it's a simple tool that it doesn't need an explanation.
Too bad, I wouldn't recommend anything on this site.
does what it should but is shorter than 1.5 m

comes simply in a gray box without instructions. So I had to fumble first until I have attached the springs as it should probably be. I have also scratched my hand a bit, because the parts were not cleanly deburred, or in places parts were so damaged that minimal metal splinters stood out. I don't know if this happened during production or during transport.
I had imagined three movable ones differently and I also do not come on 1.5 m span, because with me the base arm goes in the other direction. Perhaps the springs have hung up wrongly. No idea. As I said a small schematic drawing would have been handy.
Good quality, just as expected

Got me the microphone arm for my HyperX Quadcast. Holds without problems, even completely stretched out.
Sturdy construction, larger swivel range

It easily holds my large diaphragm mic with spider and pop shield in any position. For fun, I have times my tablet mounted with it. That has also held something, but already had the tendency to sink. But that does not have to be. That comes on the desk.
Good solution for condenser microphone

This microphone arm is really an enormous product. The only one I have found that comes in three parts to 1.50 meters. It reaches far over the table or desk and offers a long range. I have a Gefell M71 with spider, a SMPRO Mini Reflection-Filter and a PopFilter with 38cm gooseneck!
The springs are still tiptop after 18 months. I only use a 5x10x2 cm support wood for the underside of the table as reinforcement for the base. The integrated cable is also completely o.k.. If you don't feel like fiddling with a cable yourself, it's a good choice, except for tube mics.
So: clear purchase recommendation, best product on the market. Thank you, Kirstein.

Was as the part arrived here first something skeptical the quality of the packaging leaves much to be desired.
It is shipped in an unlabeled gray cardboard box and it falls one when opening 2 plastic bags against which look very much like Ikea kit.
After the insertion of the springs in the arm and the screwing of the rather cheap-looking table mount made the whole then even a rather unstable impression.

This initially negative taste dissipated but then as all screws were tightened and the arm was mounted on the table.
Even the quite heavy Samson CO3U including SPO1 spider (Gesantgewicht over 1KG) it holds without problems millimeter accuracy in position TOP!

Negatively, it remains to be noted that it can only be pulled out straight and can not or only limited turn to the left or right.
But it is at full extension a good meter long and can thus be mounted on longer tables.

However, the non-removable cable with XLR plugs remains annoying when not in use, they dangle annoyingly back and forth on the arm.

Pro:
+ Price
+ high load capacity
+ length
+ stability

Con:
- Packaging
- XLR connector
- wobbly impression

Overall, you get a great product for little money.
If you compare this with the price of a PSA1 you wonder how it is possible to offer such an arm for not even half the price. Therefore, unrestricted purchase recommendation for this product
